Man, the facial expression on this one is fantastic! Don't get me wrong... both the dress and the woman's body are sensational, but it's the expression of shock on her face that really makes this work for me. Chef's kiss!

I really like "Before and After" messy pictures when the models are dressed nicely. These are maybe more "During and After" and I like them. Maybe this one with the knife buried in her skull isn't as great all though I liked it the most when over looking that little detail!!!
