James starts off wearing a blue Nike tracksuit and takes his first spin of the wheel. Each spin gives him a forfeit such as black treacle shampoo, pies, porridge head dunk, sloppy singlet and having to put chocolate spread under his arm pits. For a final challenge he has to roll over 15 times within 20 seconds in all the slops at the bottom of the pool in only a wrestling singlet while more buckets of gunge are thrown over him.
