Julie is wearing a sleeveless, knee length dress with black shiny pantyhose. Her makeup and hair and beautifully done. Julie gets soaked in three different ways. With a safety pin she named "Mr. Pokey" she bursts multiple balloons filled with water over her head. She stands directly under a shower head and there is a hose off camera that sends in a burst of water every now and then just to make sure she's good and truly soaked.
