In this scene Permamarka decides a bit of painting is needed in the room and decides to be inventive. Unfortunately someone has filled some balloons with white paint and some with watered down paint. Perma decides that he might as well put them in his pockets and take them home for later to dispose of to save them bursting. Well... One burst and flooded his jeans with a bright white mess and several followed, ohh well since I'm totally ruined might as well have more fun and get totally covered so the paint gets applied throughly all over his clothes and bucket gets poured down his front... total rush!

After the dark blue Levis, Levis jacket and cement covered t-shirt get ruined with bright white paint watch the wash off afterwards. P.s... you gotta watch the paint go everywhere and splash onto his new jeans set off to the side... oops. :-(
