We got some rain in the summer which formed a puddle over my mud hole.

Though I like my mud a bit stickyer I used the watery mud to more easily dive to the bottom to dig the spot a bit deeper.

I start by stirring up the top, while slowly sinking deeper until the mud reaches my nose.

that's when I start rollign around and ocasionally dive to the bottom to scoop up more mud.
