As many of you will know, it's been literally -ages- since I did anything remotely messy. There are many reasons for this. Anyway, late one night I thought I'd see if I still had the ability to mix half-decent natrosol. Apparently not, so I'll have to practise. In this video you'll see me in my blue Speedos with translucent natrosol (apologies for the lumps), pouring it down my chest and tummy, into my Speedos, and finally having a bit of a tug.
