Casey is working out by the pool wearing a sexy green workout set with white sneakers. She first is running a little bit, then she stretches and works out a little bit on the ground. The next workout will be swimming, so she dives right into the pool fully-clothed. Her outfit turns dark and shiny when wet. After she is all soaked, she swims a couple of laps in the pool. She comes out showing us her soaked outfit, before she goes back in the water to swim some more. She is also hanging out in the hot tub for a little bit to relax. When she swims underwater, there is underwater footage. At the end of the clip, she takes a shower and washes her hair.
