Yes it's me Sam Limer, most of you will know of me already through my smash hit TV series Sam Limer's Weekend Shindig and the follow up Sam Limer's Slime and Punishment, but for those who don't allow me introduce myself. My name is Sam Limer, award winning former DJ and radio host turned children's TV presenter and now star of my own massively popular itv shows. I'm widely credited with single-handedly bringing back gungy entertainment to prime time tv. Countlesss fans across the length and breadth of the country are glued to their screens every weekend as we broadcast and many of them have been lucky enough to make an appearance themselves. Some of the luckier ones even avoided a trip to the gunge tank!
Hosting these live weekly shows is an incredibly demanding job and I leave absolutely nothing to chance. With over 250 episodes and an estimated 1000 gungings I have this down to a fine art. I personally oversee the mixing of the gunge, inspecting its colour and constency before it is allowed to fill any gunge tanks. And in return for all this effort I expect my guests to be equally well prepared. No sportswear or jeans and a t-shirt casuals allowed here - formal attire is a must, and if you're going on national TV why wouldn't you?
