Raven has been put in the pool in just her bikini and effectively locked in by our host lily. Lily gives raven the 4 digits scrambled and then tells her she has 2 minutes to unscramble the code.

If raven successfully unscrambles the code then she is free to escape the pool and make lily go topless in the pool, however failure leaves raven to going topless and getting covered in blue goo.
