Going to Vegas in the near future and going to have a little fun but she is Vegan and asked me to bring the mess. This is my third time in Vegas and I rarely leave the strip so I don't know other than a whole foods which is probably the most expensive option where to go?
Yep so no eggs or dairy but I was planning pies, cream and sundae toppings. I was thinking almond milk reddi whip pies, blueberry pie filling, syrup, and burdeux cherries. Or coconut cool whip, or just going to a vegan bakery and getting three or four good pies.
I'm pretty sure Cool whip no longer contains dairy. Fruits are messy, there are a variety of syrups that do not contain animal parts. Avocados, hummus, ketchup, mustard. Also, when in doubt, ask her what she would like and what she would absolutely hate.
Furthermore, there are clothes and cheap lingerie there. It's always summer in Vegas, so you can find kiddie pools there too.
Actually a good thing to think about even for diehard carnevores. Dairy based WAM substances can smell like stink afterwards and cause hygiene issues, so plant-based alternatives might be a good idea, possibly cheaper as well.
Actually, buying vegan can be a challenge for all sorts of products - not just foods. I used to date a vegan woman, and I am pleased to say, there are still many, many things she can get messy with while still respecting her animal-free principles. You just have to know what to watch out for.
Besides avoiding milk, eggs, whey... when shopping for processed foods, scan the ingredients list for anything that says "caseinate." Caseinate is derived from milk protein and shows up in a lot of products. (I think it acts like an emulsifier.)
But the good news is, if you're into wearing your food more than eating it, you can mix up a lot of fun things and leave out the milk, eggs, and whatnot. Cake batter without eggs might make for a lousy cake if you try and bake it, but it still dumps over someone's head beautifully!
Pudding, instant mashed potatoes, instant oats, fruit pie fillings from a can, soy based whipped topping, flour bombs... One trip to a chain supermarket, and you pick up enough supplies to decorate her any way you like!
I know what Vegan means, just saying never realized someone cared about it for WAM related activities if not eating the product.
There's a Walmart just east of the airport at Russell and Eastern, Whole Foods just south at Town Square (Sunset and Las Vegas Blvd) and Smiths/Albertsons etc all within 10 mins of the strip to the east and west along Tropicana/Flamingo/Sahara etc.
We're a regular mid sized city, we just happen to have the strip in the middle.
I've also never heard of Vegan being a factor in WAM..... unless she plans to eat it after?
Doesn't matter if being eaten or not, if you object to certain farming practices you don't want to support them. We only ever use free range eggs when we do egg shoots, because I don't want to support battery farming because it's cruel. Might cost a bit more but worth it.
(I'm an omnivore but still object to unnecessary cruelty)

Also allergies. Some people with Celiac are so gluten intolerant, that getting flour on their skin for instance can cause their skin to blister or crack.
