I think i must have been on here about the same but only setup a profile around 18-19 years ago.
I remember the old crazy girls live streams (again on dial up) and have a tiny low res image that used to refresh every few seconds. Not quite the HD live streaming of today but think the times were much more fun
Another around the 25 years mark despite the profile info! Those happy days of Aquantics weekends, the launch of Splosh magazine, VHS Videos, and WSM being fairly new, some of the memories. Happy, hassle free days.

Absolutely, what a time that was. Also Messy Fun in the US.
I remember a Messy Fun trailer for 'At The Movies' that was about 16meg in size and it took about an hour to download.
I do truly believe that without them, sploshing/WAM wouldn't have gone on like it has (just my opinion).
I've been here since the very start, when the original UMD was just a plain white screen with a list of blue links to a dozen or so wam sites. Back then search meant Altavista, there was no Google, no micropayment systems, no Ebay, no social networks, and buying WAM scenes meant sending a cheque off through the post, by air-mail, waiting over a month for the recipient's bank to process it and take off the hefty currency conversion fee, and then a VHS cassette would come, again through the post, between six weeks and two months after you'd placed the order.
The internet really was the Wild Wild West back then, beyond the reach, or even knowlege, of most officials or law enforcement. It's really spectacular how it went, in just 25 years, from being something of interest only to uber-geeks and techies, to something that's absolutely integral to almost everyone's lives.

Have to agree with that. The quality of Rob Blaine's productions, especially to those of us who'd only ever had taped-off-the-TV clips until then, was mindblowing, and a huge influence on everyone who came after.
LOL re an hour to download 16 meg, I remember those days well too, and how we were all constantly searching for space on the tiny storage systems of the time. The other day I bought a 2TB external SSD drive to copy files off an old laptop onto. It cost £135. Back when UMD started, if you'd wanted 2TB of storage you'd have needed a large room full of spinning disks, an industrial-grade mains power feed, and the costs would have been on a par with buying a Ferrari.
A fellow 26 year veteran here too, found this site after chatting to a lass watching some stuff on a crazy girls cam one Sunday night, an Aussie lady called Jacinta. Never looked back.
Yep, 26 years too but took me a few months to get an account (was wary of the internet and my kinks...now just wary of the internet). The post that brought me out was about putting mess in balloons, no one had a way so I 'had' to post my method.
Dang. 98 or 99? I found messy fun and splosh earlier or around the same time, when I got to college and experienced the blazing fast power of a T1 line. It was a time of lawless scrapping for Wam Alerts.

I'd forgotten about Jacinta! Wow...that brings back some memories - the Sunday night Crazy Girls show, too What was it...one still image slowly downloading every one or two minutes?!
Browsing the pics here was the most wam stimulation I got along with praying something would show up in yahoo groups. Only been here for almost 22 years.
Been around since the beginning. Back then, Messy Toni was my second sploshing partner in life, and my first foray into posting stuff online (thanks to a lot of help from Messmaster )
Another 26 year vet. I recall discovering Rob Blaine's site and seeing a link to this at the bottom. So the first couple times I came to the umd I went through Rob's site. Then I wised up.

Those are my memories as well. Splosh magazine Aquatics WSM
Also been around since the beginning.... Even before the UMD existed?!? Definitely assumed I was the "only one" until stumbling onto Rob's MessyFun site in 1995.
Anyone else remember the alt.sex.fetish.wet-and-messy newsgroup? It was the first "messy forum" long before the UMD. I remember a guy who'd shown up at one of Mark & Lenny's Florida shoots to help and taken some pics, which he uploaded to the newsgroup. I have to assume these were like 240x240 resolution.... And took approximately 22 minutes to download.
After that, we all went down to the corner store to play jacks!
Also been here from the start but deleted my account a few years back and then rejoined a couple of weeks later. Anyone remember World Wide Wet I think it was called?
