People are fucking assholes...I mean not everyone...but god, that's just terrible what happened to you. You don't do shit like that, you need help? Don't victimize someone to get what you need...just ask for help...people aren't all assholes we'll help if we can, I tell you, years ago I was at a gas station filling up, and I hear someone faintly calling out for help, and I look over and see a guy on the ground with blood around him, and I quickly went over to him and got him the help he needed, hell the same thing happened again TODAY, a woman in the units across the parking lot from me fell in her house, couldn't get up, and her mother saw me and came over to me and asked me to help her up, and I helped...the point of that, we shouldn't be bringing each other down, we should be helping everyone up! But then again when you're an asshole, I guess you're just going to be an asshole...anyways, glad you're okay, and I hope those fuck-nards that took advantage of you and robbed you get what's coming to them. Unfortunately I don't think even being strapped would have helped in this situation, actually might have escalated to something even worse because the sight of a gun might have made them trigger happy if they were carrying, so that might not be the best idea unless you had someone hiding out in the distance covering your ass like Mike on Better Call Saul...It's so sad to think that you can't go out and do something innocent without fear of someone messing with you. It sucks even more because you're a fucking fantastic person and you don't deserve any of that nonsense. Anyways, sorry for the long reply and rant. That is horrible, Jayce! I'm glad to hear that you are ok, but sorry about the whole experience. I hope you can get insurance to help out - especially with the meds. I have a few health issues which require expensive medications, so can understand what losing those is like.

I don't know if it would have done any good in this case, but you may want to consider a camera in your car. I have a dash cam that will automatically start recording (front and back) if the car is disturbed even while parked. It is quite likely that they would have damaged such a camera, but if not, it would have potentially given you video to show the police. They even make them to record the inside (usually used by ride share drivers). Even without the inside camera, it would have picked them up around the car.

I am so sorry that happened to you Jayce. You are such a fun-loving, out-going person. I'm just glad you weren't hurt. My prayers are with you. Be careful and stay safe.

Firstly, I am happy to hear you are ok. I don't think I am overstating it when I say that there are a million ways that this could have went wrong. I am grateful it didn't.

Something I have been insisting to women in the industry is to do whatever it takes to be safe. Training, BJJ/MMA, assess the requirements to carry in your state or any states they may potentially tour in, whatever. In fact, I maybe giving the required firearms safety class for a few ladies I have worked with to acquire their carry permit up here. While bringing someone with you seems the most practical first line of defense (and is far better than nothing), sometimes there are times it doesn't fit into their schedules and plans fall through. Always have a backup. Even non lethals like pepper/bear spray have a place.

In the end, you survived an ordeal. It will be hard but follow up with the police as you mentally can bear (keep in mind, you are probably not their only victim). Take care of your mental health and do what you need to recover from this horrific experience. Seek help from fellow women who have been there and again, forever grateful you are ok! As it has already been said, things can be replaced, people cannot. Let us know if you need anything!

As fans and customers of WAM we can be oblivious to what goes into filming the scenes we buy. We hear that with so much content out there it's hard to make profits and so I'm sure there are other models who shoot alone.

As others have said take whatever steps you need to look after your mental health too as I can't imagine what kind of impact this would have on anyone having to go through such an ordeal.

Reading between the line here I see two things that might be worth considering for the future. Fist, never bring anything of value in a car that must be left somewhere while out doing or searching for mud. If you have a wallet, a spare key, or something of value with you, hide it in an unusual place like under your hood, under a rock on the back side of your tire, up under the dash or the springs of your car seat, whatever, be creative but always leave a $5 and a dozen $1's somewhere around the car or your person to give up freely to make it look like you're poor. Always dress almost like a bum. Rent a car if your car is expensive...

The meds and their labels are a big mistake. If you must carry meds, carry only what you need and carry them in a small plastic bag or some such. Note that you can tape meds stored in that manner or money taped behind your back. Never carry a firearm unless you are proficient in its use and 100% certain that you would have no hesitation dropping a hammer on someone who messes with you...

The main thing to notice here is that you had fair warning that someone was at your car yet were concealed and safe yet gave up your concealment without surreptitiously having a look first. If you don't see a police car, never reveal yourself to someone...

Look at your experience this way, the procedures you've been using when out and about doing and searching for mud need some improvement. You got unlucky yet, when all was said and done, you end up lucky overall. You, me, and the others like us that actually get out and do mud at quarries, mudflats, and the like, are always at risk of all sorts of problems and some risks can only be minimized by careful planning and good procedures but no planning or good procedures can ever remove the risk completely...

I would strongly recommend that you consider finding a friend that even if not into mud, will accompany you and who is capable of handling dangerous situations...

Holy crap. This is just awful. I am sorry this happened to you.

I don't know what to say. I can't make it better.

I was incredibly active for awhile, with mud partners but mostly, without mud partners. And there were a few uncomfortable moments. I did lose one location to another "hiker" who attempted to get to know me a little too persistently on the trail. But that's really and truly the worst -- I solved it by mudding elsewhere.

I see people are telling you to bring someone and that's what they say to us all the time...but that only works if your someone-you-take-with-you can really and truly can beat the crap out the someone (or someones) threatening you. And since this was more than one attacker, I am not sure it would have done much good unless your somebody was packing a gun.

I would really hate to see you stop over this. And it makes me mad. It's not fair. Why do women have to give up stuff because men do bad things?

For me, mentioning bringing someone else along is mainly just because (at least from what I gather) attackers are less likely to attempt to attack multiple people than they are one lone person. Obviously, there can be exceptions to that, but it doesn't hurt. Otherwise, I couldn't agree more with what you said.

You're right about that, of course. Unfortunately, that second person can be hard to come by, much less a group.

Someone to act, in essence, as a bodyguard is, of course, difficult to come by, however, UMD is a possible resource for locating someone. Note that to be of most use, that person needs to not be in the mud also but instead standing watch so the best candidate would be a person who likes to look but not do mud...

That said, since that type of person would probably be male, you should never trust them and instead construct a system to keep them honest should they instead secretly be looking to take advantage of you. The first is to never have anything to do with anyone who does not show you a valid driver's license, address, and provide a phone number. That phone number and address must be first verified to belong to that person...

Any time that person accompanies you, at least two friends should have that person's identifying information, know exactly where you are going, and be waiting for your confirmation that you have returned safely. At least one of those friends must be local and you must visit them unaccompanied by that person when you visit them to confirm your safety. Any friend chosen for this must be male and be the type of person that cannot be intimidated or easily surprised. Obviously they must have a firearm ready to hand while awaiting your safe arrival visit or they could easily end up just another victim should you be tortured into telling all of your security arrangements...

You've been lucky and there is no substitute for luck, however, never trust in your luck alone, take every precaution and if all else goes wrong, hope your lucky will be there when you need it. A woman out wandering about in any isolated area where mud is found is at risk and you don't want your only recourse to be good luck...

If all this sounds rather serious and harsh, my apologies, I do not proceed from the assumption that you should automatically continue placing yourself at risk. Most others here will recommend you keep doing things as you've done them before and not be intimidated simply because they want you to make more videos...

I speak from the experience of thousands of mudpit visits and have had all sorts of misadventures and am only here in a few instances because I was lucky. Though I am a male, I assure you, that makes it easier than being a female but please note, I am also a crossdresser in a dress when at a mudpit and that is a high level of risk too...

Reading this makes me feel sad and angry for what happened to you Jayce. It is a relief to hear that it wasn't worse, and that they did not harm you or steal your car to leave you stranded.

My goodness! You are allllll so amazingly wonderful and I appreciate alll the tips and the love! I will NOT let this situation stop me from doing what I love:I just have to make sure I have someone with me, take my protection (bc I am trained with it and do know how to use it) and just to my best to not let them take something away I love so much. The hunt for mud is half the damn fun! But!
Couple days after? I called a company here and had them haul me a SHIT TON of red Dover kentucky clay! Straight from the construction site!
So? Now? I will have this to put into a big tub (I also ordered a privacy tent) AND I still have a couple weeks of hot weather to go out!
This dirt though? Is gonna be a biiiiig job getting it into my giant tub but it's gonna be a lot of fun! I can get muddy and walk right back into my house and shower!
I start piling it in tomorrow if all goes well!

Reflecting on this further, there are three important things to keep in mind. First, at least one of the robbers is probably a professional criminal as he had you turn around so that you could not memorize faces, their car, or their license plate...

Second, your meds apparently have illicit drug trade street value otherwise they would not have taken them. Whether they themselves consumed the drugs or sold/traded them does not mater, they have your home address and know that you will have more at home. You are now a prime target for a subsequent home burglary or robbery either by them or more likely, some of their criminal contacts they will have let know the address of a person with such meds and who is a female and who is unlikely to have a firearm or she would otherwise have done some serious social work on the crew that robbed her...

Third, and this is the most important, they know your car and they might well be on the lookout for you subsequently, the only question being the radius of where they move around...

This really is a testament to the risks and dangers of wamming in public or on other people's property without permission. You're definitely a fucking warrior for how dedicated you are and have been to having a WAM experience

This is a big warning that everyone should pay attention to when wamming in the wild. The risk of getting caught can be very exciting and the the sole reason for the experience, but you should always try to go over every way it can go wrong and try to prepare for that. To be honest, I've never, ever imagined getting robbed when out in public, but now I have to put this on the list. I've had some crazy experiences that could have really gone wrong. A homeless guy who was high on something tried to attack Pie Splatter and I after pieing each other on the beach once. MSDoubleplay almost got beaten up by a crowd of people after caking me outside a bar, too. So please, everyone, really be careful when having a public experience or when wamming in the wild.

Location is really crucial to this, know your location as intimately as possible. Try and meet the owners, get to know the traffic and kind of people in the area. Time of day is also crucial for this, you might have complications with the wrong crowd of people who walk by. Crowds of drunk people can be a huge gamble. There's no way to predict what they'll do, so be sure to have the right person/people with you and make sure you set it up according to the environment. You should always pay attention to the energy of the crowd and base how you set up the WAM on the kind of crowd you're around.

Jayce, that's absolutely awful to hear. Unfortunately, there are POS everywhere these days. Glad you weren't physically harmed, material items can be replaced but yourself and your sanity cannot. Be careful our there.
