She always looked like she was having a lot of fun getting messy and messing others up as well.

I spoke to her a few times on Twitter a few years back and she was very bubbly and great to talk to.

i am NOT a red lipstick wear-er...if thats a word...i remember her refusing to shoot if i didnt TRY to wear red lipstick. hahaha. she was hell bent on it so i told her she could put it on me and i would wear it. she pulls out a red sharpie and some red lipstick!!!! i was like "bitch what the fuck???" she said "it will look good the whole scene and even a little after" i was like "hell nawe!" but i let her....i remember i felt like i was huffing markers while she put that shit on my face BUT pics from before this scene were the header for our store for a long time!! and i was rocking the red lips!!

This is heartbreaking news. Jilly was a friend to our community, and it's my hope she understands how much she is loved.

is if anyone is having trouble with addiction? please. please. seek help. sometimes you cannot do it alone. i couldnt. 4 rehabs and trying to go cold turkey with my mom sitting on me while i tried to run out the door MANY, MANY times and it took my last rehab, accountability and the fact i got knocked up....to keep me clean. lol. really. addiction is hard and i will be honest here...bc i usually am. even being knocked up? going into renal failure while pregnant bc you done fucked your kidneys up from childhood abuse all teh way up to addiction?? you STILL wanna use.

its powerful and it will take over any and everything. I lost a LOT of good people around here to jillys alcoholism. people who thought i was stealing from her, bc she would get on twitter for hours and just talk shit about me and ariel.....(GOOD OL NEREA WAS STEALING FROM HER for no damn good reason she now states....other than that she was drunk. doesnt remember a lot. she didnt understand i lost money, for my son, for my business. jillys son was signed over years ago. he is in wonderful hands. he does not see her though....the hatred that brewed between her and my family? there is no "my family" its ME. only ME that speaks to her and my meth head of a father.

let me tell you something, though. will all this horribly sad shit. there is help. there is hope in friends and people you can call family. please please if you are reading this...know that i have had my shit. I still have my shit i fight....and that addiction is a sincere battle. reach out to anyone. PLEASE. i am begging you. Just wanted to toss out a couple favorite images of Jilly. First, an absolutely gorgeous picture of her in the tub, and second, one with her just demolished with black gunge, which really got me into the idea of a well-dressed woman getting wrecked with black paint.

Jayce this is so terrible. Addiction is serious, but it needs to be taken so much more seriously in our world. Because it is truly a disease, perhaps the psychological equivalent of something like cancer, in the sense of how prevalent and dangerous both are. They take so many of our brothers and sisters and in many cases are treatable if caught in time.

I don't post much but I've been a WAM fan for years and I loved seeing such enthusiastic, creative, and hilarious producers/models/filmmakers/artists come from you guys. I mean what even is the WAM community without you and Jilly... you mean so much to us. My heart is breaking with you but in time this will heal and bring new meaning with it. So sorry for your loss.

When I got to page 4 of this thread, I saw your comments about Jilly's editing and directing skils. Kinda like the Elaine May of wam (dating myself, I know).

Then I read your comments below that.

Addiction and depression are terrible (I suffer from the last, and working at JAMA made it worse, but medicine since '99 has helped so much).

Getting is not a disgrace. Holding your friends is what counts.

thank you for posting this. i spoke to robby briefly....as in i rambled about other shit for an hour....and he finally got up the nerve to ask how i was. its really hard to talk about. i can type on here but i still cant find the words to describe it so i try to not think about it which is insanely unhealthy. i havent talked to her in two days so idk if she finally got some sleep in the shit hole she is living in or what...im calling her today to check on her. thank you for posting this for others. self awareness is an ugly, scary and beautiful thing. addiction is so scary. not being okay IS okay and right now? no. im not okay. its not just jilly i have so much going on here at home with my spawn and myself medical wise on top of it and just life in general. like a friend of mine said last night from here on the umd "maybe one day you will catch a break" maybe! ill be fine if i dont if i dont have to see my loved ones suffer. that will be a break for me.
