Oof...I'm so sorry to hear this news. I've been thinking on and off throughout the day about what I want to say here, but I think I will keep it at this: I hope you get to spend as much time with Jilly as you can, however long it may be, and that time gets to be as happy and fulfilling as possible.I'll keep you guys in my thoughts, too.

Jilly and Ariel's "Rock, Paper, Scissors, You're Pied!" was the first scene I ever purchased. She just has this spark and personalty that draws you in. Every scene she was in she carried an energy and passion that she was enjoying what she was doing. She was such big part of the community for so long but I can only imagine what its like for you and the people around you who had the opportunity to know her outside it. I truly wish the best for you and your family in the months to come.

This is devastatingly sad.

I always liked that you at least kept us occasionally up on what was going on with her, even though she'd moved on from here and the two of you had sort of gone your separate ways.

She was so cute and lovely (i say that meaning "was" on here, I - like everyone else - hope that her time upon this earth is more than what the current reality suggests).

I find people always turn such things around onto themselves and i so rarely do that, but I'm going to do that here with a little story and I hope that's all right:

Five years ago, I was in Belgium on a work trip and I was both existentially lonely and physically ill, having come down with something during travel. I spent probably 2/3 of the trip in my hotel room. I downloaded several of Jilly's vids she'd done with her boyfriend. I forget how it happened, but Jilly replied to something I posted, and then I replied, and then she replied pretty shortly afterward, and we went back and forth like that for a couple of days, off and on. She just came off as very sweet, very kind, very grateful for fandom and for a place to play out some kink for others' enjoyment. Nothing earth-shattering to report there, but she was just so friendly and not like someone who was hustling/trying to get more fans or something. I was as I say kind of existentially lost and depressed, and she seemed very empathetic about that. And that is how I will remember her.

That and she's also i think the first model I ever noticed who went silver/ash gray with their hair -- her revolving color schemes for her hair is probably the other thing I'll remember.

Besides just a very cute smile and a beautiful WAM model.

I'm so sorry, Jayce. Thank you so much for sharing the hard and sad truth about her with us, which cannot be an easy thing given your own emotions.

We miss her and always will.

I can relate to this. I, like a number of others, swapped emails with Jilly for a while and found her very friendly. At one point I apologised for the length of mine, because they therefore tended to require lengthy replies from her, and said she shouldn't feel obliged to respond in kind if a shorter answer would do. After all, she had more messages to answer than just mine. She came back with a lovely comment, saying that she often did keep replies brief due to time constraints, "But I don't mind writing long ones to you x", or words to that effect. And she did keep making that extra effort, even though she didn't need to, which I was touched by. She was sweet and kind, and made you feel valued.

Jilly is in my thoughts and prayers. I'm so sorry to hear this happened. I wanted to post some pics from the dirty 30 customs Jilly and you did together for me many years ago, but I couldn't find any thumbnails. They were some of my favorite customs I ever had.

SO sad. For what it's worth; sending the biggest hugs I can muster xx

Jilly was an artist. She had an eye for composition and color that out did itself. She is a UMD icon.

SHE IS an artist. both in wam and life. i have so many paintings she has done for me and my son... she was a perfectionist too. so, whenever she would only release like a video here and there? it was bc everything had to be perfect. the editing, the filming....all of it she wanted to be perfect and even after releasing it? she still didnt think it was perfection. some of her last stuff like "teenage dream" and "english breakfast in bed" were so fucking cool. the ideas the mess....the editing. she was a MASTER with the video editor. hell, if i could have her here id have her playing with my stuff bc she loves to do it! just as long as she could sit up or download that shit to my laptop and let her lay in bed and play with it! she did some stuff that blew my mind. she spent 6 hours one day on a 25 second trailer thing for you guys...bc she wanted the flashes of vid to line up with the song. SIX HOURS. god it was awesome!

So sorry to hear about this terrible situation for you and your beautiful, talented Jilly. Sending the muddiest, messiest warmest hug to both of you. I'm only barely familiar with her, but I've loved reading about her unique creativity and seeing the outstanding pictures- there is certainly tons of love and respect swirling around. i'm so sorry it's hard to explain .. i never met you in person but i'm sorry as if she were a member of my family. it's like I'm losing a piece of my family. It's not like when some famous Hollywood actor leaves us.... Here in this crazy amazing place we experience personal emotions, each one different from the other. Jilly is right, we are a big wamily.
