I will always hold a special place in my heart for Lenny because he made the pie videos we all have enjoyed to watch over the years and he will be remembered by this community for it. I always liked his shoots with those colorful buttercream pies which was his signature and the many beautiful women who modeled for him. RIP Lenny, your influence here in our community will never be forgotten and will be cherished forever.
I emailed him back in the day when I had a question about one of his vids or even once a complaint... and he always always always got back to me immediately and was totally stand-up about it all. He also demonstrated a great sense of humor.
Just wanted to say that in addition to his pioneering production work he seemed to be a cool person.
Way back in 1997 Lenny commissioned my very first custom. Over the years he would send me wonderful gifts such as watches, designer handbag and clothing. He was one of a kind and a true WAM legend. He left us way too young. RIP Len Len.
Wow, loved his pievid videos, loved the multi girl pie shoots, and Redd, thank you to all the girls that ever filmed with him, you mad us all happy, as did Lenny, RIP, condolences to your family and all of your WAM Family
Omg Lenny was a dream come true for me. i still have his vids and purchased a few from his store. He was amazing producer and helped realize i loved wam
Damn, I'd known Lenny for close to 20 years. Just via emails, but still.... He was a pioneer for all of us pie producers. In fact, possibly the ONLY actual custom I've commissioned was with Lenny.... and he followed maybe 10% of my script, but no way I could complain when the girls wound up covered with pies head-to-toe.
And the irony: I just wrapped a shoot today that would probably please Lenny more than anything I've done before. Funny how life circles around. RIP Sir.
I started my empire selling my own VHS tapes of mud wrestling events from a website back in 2003. Lenny became my very first client when he asked me to build him a site like mine. That site was hand-rolled and I had to update everything manually, but the underpinnings eventually evolved into the fully automated systems of Vidown. I and all my current clients really owe everything to him taking a chance on an unknown newcomer to the community 15 years ago.
Lenny became a good friend of mine over the years. I worked his shoots here in Florida. With a pickup truck load of pies and a camera, off we would go to South Florida and shoot. Buying supplies was always a hoot. From the Walmart to Sams Club to Publix, we would load up and head down 95. Got to meet some great models over the years, some of them became great friends also. Had many steak dinners on the man, always a great time with a great guy. You will be missed. See you on the other side. Fireman Mike.
MAN! i just did a lenny custom with ariel not too long ago and OMG i was NERVOUS. bc i have shot scenes for lenny before....YEARS back. pre boob era. lol and i shot two for him. one of them he fucking HATED and he took my damn money back!! i was like "lenny what the fuck?!" he was like "i didnt fucking like it, it sucked...." just straight up....well, after some back and forth and him giving me a better understanding of the industry...we made up...even though i told him he was a righteous prick. he explained he had done enough of this shit to BE an asshole. lol XD and he didnt like one of the vids! so, we kept in touch, back and forth. i finally did a custom with ariel for him a few months ago and man....i was nervous as fuck. i really wanted him to really love it. when i got the message back, after he just gave us the green light to just wing it like we thought he would like it, that it was ONE OF THE BEST CUSTOMS HE HAS EVER GOTTEN, HE COULDNT HAVE WRITTEN IT BETTER HIMSELF? omg. seriously. he made me feel like a fucking STAR!!! i was like, HOLY SHIT.....I JUST AMAZED LENNY. WITH A PIE SCENE!! what the fuck?!! I emailed him back about 15 times telling him how incredibly honored i was to do it and how honored i was that he loved it THAT MUCH. he was humble and cool and a little different than a few years ago. very much like "okay, you earned this" type attitude. he gives credit when its due and if you fuck something up, he wasnt afraid to tell you. i called him an asshole more than once but he knew what he wanted and what he wanted was shit we all loved.
sending good vibes to his family, friends and loved ones at this time. its too soon for ya, sir but you have deffo earned the right to be called "SIR lenny sorge" you will be missed! so many people you have inspired, including me! thank you for showing me the best store bought pies to use right now and that a tit for tat can be done well....and fucking sexy. you rock....rock on!
Met and worked with Len many times, we spoke on the phone even more. Dude at 57! That is far too young, guess all the early producers are not getting old, I turn 61 this year, friggin wow!!!... Well where ever you are man, I have a picture in my mind of you pie'ing angels LOL
RIP. We'll miss ya, Lenny. Not just for the prolific output of classic pie vids, but also the love and knowledge of classic mainstream wam. Looks like his Profile has been taken down, but there still exists (for now) this list of his Forum posts, the last one just two weeks ago:
RIP to the man who introduced many of us to WAM. The quality of his work was excellent. But what interested me was that he used enthusiasm over look, many of his models were 30+ which made it all even better.
RIP Lenny, your creations inspired our fetish dreams. Thanks for all the amazing fluffy pies, messy models, and great scenes you've produced. May you rest in peace with a pie in each hand and a line of targets ready to take them.
I thought I would post another video that shows just how much fun Lenny had making his pie shoots.
The girls had a tradition of always hiding and saving a few pies, for when the video shoots had ended and then they could have some playful "pie-back" on Lenny at the end of the day.
Lenny had a blast at his pie shoots and here is an example from a shoot we did in 1996 in my back garden from a spectator camera at the shoot.
I've known of Lenny for a long time in passing, but it wasn't until just these past few months that I thought I'd really get to know him better. Like everybody else, he was one of the handful of pioneers that captured me and kept me here. It also wasn't until recently that I started to understand just what a free spirited life-liver he was. I wanna be like him. Go in peace, brotha.
Thank you Patrick for talking with me and helping me with queries on what to do with the content, etc. You always seem to know the best way forward. And thanks Mark for doing everything you did for the guy.
WOW!! R.I.P. Lenny. I remember when I first found out about WAM. I was buying one of Lenny's messy tapes on VHS. He is the one that introduced me to UMD. What a loss to the WAM world. His work will live on in his memory!!! Lenny was a Legend in the WAM community! God bless Lenny!!!
I wonder if this warrants another thread but I always wondered what happens when a producer who made tons of content and is a legend passes away but family and heirs had no idea what he/she was up to? Do they find out somehow by looking at bank statements or personal records and wonder WTF our uncle was a legend in this pie thing or what else? Very intriguing. Not suggesting Lenny didn't let familyknow but Im sure there are some people.
