So I've been thinking about this lately and reading a lot of producers commenting on their approaches to the scene...

So I'm wondering if most producers prefer to stick to their preferences? I know for sure quite a few have their own interests that they focus their material on

I guess other ideas come from the tv shows we watched as kids

But what else gets those messy imaginations flowing when you go to write a scene?

Do you ever appreciate ideas from outsiders for potential messy scenes?

I've always focused on things that interest and titillate me. I do think the best work comes from most people this way. I'm a small timer who started out filming my relationship partners and have developed from there. I don't play to the markets; I make things and then sell them.

I've noticed we all influence each other and if you push an idea out there - even if nobody seems to be that interested in it initially - you can bet somebody else is and then someone else will do it too.

The other approach I know some big commercial producers take is to detach themselves from the production process. The one to which I refer deliberately avoids employing WAMmers on their production staff - so that they remain neutral and don't bias the product with their own preferences.

Usually it's an image that gets me going.

Then I see the characters and their reactions. A story starts to form in my head...

There might be some variation on it but mostly I just create what I like. Dave did the same. He always viewed doing something outside of what we were familiar with and enjoyed ourselves to be kind of blasphemous. It would be a language we didn't speak so we stuck with what we knew worked for us. Evidently it's worked for many others as well.

i get my inspiration from other producers...images...dreams i have. ideas while trying to fall asleep.

but other producers play in a huge part in things I do. I see what they have done, if i like it, i wanna make it my own.

sometimes, its just laying in bed and I come up with something fun or think of the compounds of mixtures or strange things that have never been mixed that i wanna see how they turn out. the other day i mixed foam and condensed milk...weird right? really cool actually. color was rad white and the drippage and the framing of the face was awesome. idk. i get a kick out of that stuff.

i love getting ideas from other producers. hence, why i dont play favorites with anyone who produces. but what really gets me going are my own little messes I have worked on and played with. its like the anticipation of getting in it is arousing to me but. i also love a good ol fashioned fucking mud pile !! idk. I have a lot of kinks when it comes to mess. its always changing what i like best and I enjoy that, tbh

I've always got inspiration from a variety of sources, plus I'd been thinking up fantasy WAM scenarios in my head for years before I ever got a chance to film anything.

I've always tried to avoid directly copying things from other producers, unless with permission, other than totally generic things like scissors - paper - stone, or card games, but we have sometimes been inspired by things we've seen to come up with our own versions. An example we're working on at the moment, quite a few other producers seem to have done "strip or slime" where someone plays a game and every time they lose they either have to take something off, or get messy, and these always seem to end with the girls getting gunged naked, or nearly naked. This makes no sense whatsoever to anyone here at the Hall, what kind of lunatic would take their clothes off to get messy? So we're working on our own version of the game, which will of course end in fully clothed gungings.

Some of our inspiration is from older scenes, or TV shows, but also from regularly paying attention to current women's fashion. Now high waists are back in, there are some stunning outfits displayed on lots of fashion sites, some of which are just perfect for wet and messy fun. The skirted, zip-front, long sleeve swimsuit which Honeysuckle wore into the mudbanks yesterday was a "website inspiration" piece, think it came from Shein, and it mudded up beautifully.

I've realised I've always had a clothing fetish, as well as a WAM one, it can be almost as much fun planning what someone will wear to be gunged in, as it is to actually gunge them.

Well, I had heard from the Paris Conservatory, other wam producers attended Julliard, and then some got inspired when they attended the American Film Institute (AFI). But, then, again, I think most just got inspired jerking off to the 3 Stooges.

Oh my god, I write all my scenes when I'm masturbating! I've been writing scenes based on what I want to happen to me and what turns me on, guilty as charged! I get inspiration constantly, and have so many scenes written I haven't produced yet. Everyday I live and breathe I'm inspired by getting messy. I'm such a horn dog, every situation I think of how it could turn messy

But every producer is producing content for different reasons, and everyone is going to have to go off of what kind of mess they can afford to make. It can get expensive to produce these videos. Money basically cowrites my scenes since I don't finance my own content. I'm inspired by my fantasies, and those get filtered through what I can realistically budget. My main objective is to selfishly live out my messy fantasies and to record my genuine enjoyment of it. I've been inspired by scenes from other producers, and suggestions from other wammers. But because of how expensive it can get to produce what most people suggest, I simply stick to what I write. And some suggestions for scenes are so specific to one person's fantasy that it wouldn't get bought by anyone else and without custom pay, you're losing money on it. I hate focusing so much on the financial aspect of it, but for those who struggle financially, it makes a big difference.

Mine comes from mainly 70's pie scenes. Barbara Mandrell, but especially the Three's Company pie fight. That's one of my all-time favorites. I'd love to re-create that scene but with all girls.

I'm late to the party on this one, but really wanted to respond.

I feel like I do have a preference for sure. My thing I've always liked the most is chunky green slime. But I also like other colors of slime, smooth slime, and pies. So the stuff we do I feel like represents all of that.

As for being inspired, I absolutely was inspired by a certain show I watched as a very little kid that helped trigger this whole fetish!

Inspiration also comes from knowing the personality of our gals and seeing how I can use them in scenes. Not only as themselves, but as characters I know they could play.

Sitting in front of my computer, alone, with music on, knowing I need to and want to write a script can absolutely get my creativity going as well. I hate silence. I always have music playing.

We take ideas from our own girls too! You'd be surprised how many things came from an at least basic idea from one of our gals. They genuinely have fun with all this craziness.

We have and will continue to take ideas from anyone if suggested to us and given the okay for us to use. For example, our 'WAM-O-MATIC' scene was actually the idea of one of our biggest fans!

We do get inspired by other producers too. Slapstick Stuff has always been one for sure.

I like to, in the end, have a healthy mix of scenes with a whole script and dialogue, some with only a bit of dialog, and some where it's basically just 'girl-sits-in-a-chair-and-gets-messy-just-because' videos. This represents a combination of what I want to see and wanting to have a variety for fans.

There are some scenes producers did that now I feel like we can't do because we don't want to feel like we are copying/stealing. A perfect example would be the recent Home Alone preview from Babaslimes. We've had the idea for a bit now, including some script, but man it looks like he's got this!

Radom events in my brain happen as well. We've come up with scene ideas while talking about a completely different scene. Plus I feel like sometimes my brain always has WAM running in the background. Sometimes I also think about an order of pies/slime/water and then put a scene to that.

TL;DR : Inspiration can some from anywhere and strike at anytime. Never ignore it.
