For me, it's more about the positioning of the model and the way the mess looks on her that is important. After that, it's how she's responding to the mess, as per facial expressions, body responses, movement, posture, hands, etc. So picking a substance wouldn't really be something I would base a preference on. Let me add that my favorite video that captures what I like to see, is one of yours.
