In general the "average" run for a model is 5 years. 10 years is nearly an eternity, and 15 or more is unheard of. (Kym probably being the ONLY exception.) So if you're loving scenes that a model shot back in 2001, there's a 99% chance she's long retired by now.
Same situation with Liz. MG would know better, but I'm fairly certain she's retired from WAM shoots (not necessarily modeling overall).

Agree. I replied on a similar thread about Fi Stevens yesterday. I make Fi's WAM career about eight years - 2004 to 2012 - with, at most, an extra year at either end, which would give her a possible maximum of a decade. I think Naomi K began for Noise in the mid-2000s, and finished up with Bob a couple of years ago, so that would give her a decade too.
I've always regarded WAM models like professional sportspeople, in that their careers are short. As DungeonMaster has said a few times, when you like a model or site, always start with the assumption that, one day, they WILL retire or the site WILL get taken down, so go and get their scenes while you can.
In many cases modelling (of various different kinds) is something girls do to make money during their student years. Some find they like it so much they keep going for some years after they've left university but generally as they start proper work and start earning proper money, the appeal and financial advantages of modelling declines. There can also be the jealous boyfriend / husband factor, or even just a decision to become more private in life in general. Having children is sometimes a factor too, raising kids is exhausting and all-consuming work. Of course this doesn't apply to everyone and also depends on the producer, I remember someone a while back saying they rarely shot with anyone over 24 and never over 28, whereas I'm happy to shoot with people of any age who look good and genuinely enjoy what they are doing. Someone did comment a while back that being in their 60s, they weren't that keen on only ever seeing models young enough to be their granddaughters, and hence appreciated producers shooting with older women as well as young ones. Currently our youngest model is 26 and our oldest was 48 when she last shot for us (she's now 50 and keen to return).
But yes, as Moreslime quotes and I've said for years, if you like something, buy it. Even the mightiest of WAM sites will eventually close up shop, and that scene will be gone. There's stuff from the 90s I wish I'd bought then, long gone now, never to return.

I definitely want to jerk it to models young enough to be my granddaughters.

Liz is now in her mid 30s and gave us 10 years worth of messy shoots. Her last shoot for us was the pie fight in the shower with Lane in 2014. She is still modeling, but her look has changed in her 30s. She is more sculpted and has lost that softness she once had. She still looks good though. Lane retired after 5 years of shooting for us, because she didn't want to be a model in her 30s. Amy told us she can give us 3 more years of modeling. This will take her into her late 20s. She does have a college degree to fall back on.

This is exactly the point. I don't really want to think about it too much, but one day even WAM legend Amy will retire. Enjoy her scenes while you can!

I'm sure we can make her stay longer if we ask nicely.

Ahhh dammit I think Liz has aged like a nice wine :p. She is still modeling as I have see her page on IG. Be great to get her back for a short time to get her to do some customs I'd be in that for sure

Goldie Blair is still modeling and still does WAM. Usually with Kym!

All the better to beat Regis's ass!
Seriously, I see she did some wrestling shoots last year .... I say she needs to make an epic return in the Messygirl mud ring!
I couldn't agree more I think she's still got it. Think we need to stir up MG to get this happening I'm sure she would make a return since she's still modeling?

Maybe you don't count them since they're both primarily their own producers (although both have also done work as models for several other producers), but Ariel and Mrs. Bee have both been models for 15 years+ at this point.
As for Liz, I'd say this woman is BEGGING for a barrage of chocolate cream pies...
(Not saying she necessarily WANTS them, just that she would still look fantastic in them).
