It's because the O.P has, presumably accidentally (as he would get more replies if the post was correctly tagged), tagged the post as about males.
The UMD filtering is working correctly, based on what the OP tagged his post as being about.
It's just our old friend 'operator error ' I am afraid. Still, worse things happen at sea, I trust you will agree
EDIT: I note that since I posted this, an admin (or maybe even MM himself) has corrected the tagging.
NYC...if you note something incorrectly tagged going forward, it's always quickest and most productive to report it, and admin can fix. So in future, I suggest check the tagging, and if it's wrong and it bugs you...report it and it will be fixed
I'm such a fan of Piegirl. She has a blog which is inactive, but I'm glad she didn't take it down. Her posts are warm, authentic, funny and insightful. Having someone new to wam read her posts would be a great nonthreatening way for them to get a better understanding of what makes us tic.
