The Wife and I routinely debate what we think people might like an not like here in the messy universe. While we know there are niches in niches, there will always be a majority one way or another. With that said, we are going to once in a while post a poll with simple questions and answers that we would love to know.

First up:

Water being used during a messy scene....what are your thoughts? This could be before mess happens, during it, or at the end.

Please note the way the poll question is worded before voting yes or no.

I like wetlook as well as messy so water at the beginning or end is nice. I have done video's both ways getting wet in clothes first and then getting messy and then I like a good wash off, especially if the water is cool or cold. We have no privacy here so the shower has to do otherwise I like a good hose wash off like in DungeonMasterOne's scenes. I would love a private garden so I could indulge in a cold hosing down outside

At the end,yes. When the girl has been well and truly pied then hosing her down or throwing buckets of water at her is good for me

I would love more scenes to finish with the inevitable shower / clean-up.

Not during the scene.. but a soap and shampoo washoff at the end would be fantastic. I know it's extra time and effort, but even a little chatter or commentary during the clean up would be fun. Just a preference!

If it's at the end, I don't mind it, but it's usually a major turn-off for me during the scene - I don't really like the look of diluted gunge/slime/pie/mess that results from water in a scene....

Water buckets are missing from WAM. More water, I say! As long as it's dumped on the victim just like slime would be. Sensual wetlook like showers or slowly dipping into a pool do nothing for me.

Agreed 100% here. The water has to be dumped overhead like slime would be. Basically like how it was poured on YCDTOTV. I'm very much a fan of water in messy scenes.

If I wanted water, I would buy a water scene.

For me, it depends. I feel like it has to be used right. If it's just poured over them, it's just meh but if it's like, splashed on them or just straight up thrown in their face by bucket or sprayed on them, it's an added humiliation and also a tease. Like if it's during, they're going to quickly get messy again, though now with water being thrown on them, they think for a second that maybe it's over but nope, more mess comes just when they thought they had a chance at getting clean.

I wouldn't want to see it in every scene, but a YCDTOTV-esque bucket of water preceding the bucket of slime can sometimes be nice as an "escalating misfortunes" sort of scenario..

It depends how it's used. I have seen many clips where the model is unrecognisable with mess, but the mess continuing and it seems pointless. A few producers at this point have thrown a bucket of water over the model 'cleaning' them, and the mess stars anew. So it does have it's uses.
Oddly I am not a fan of shower/clean-up scenes.

*No* -- if the use of water removes some of the pie or gunge that's sticking to the model. It interrupts the gradual accumulation of mess, so I don't like it.

But *yes* if it's buckets of cold water at the very beginning of the session , particularly if the model is wearing a nice tight T-shirt (preferably white), or for that matter I suppose a cold shower at the end just to add to her misery

As you can see the responses to this are many and varied, my own take on it:

I've always tended to see wetlook and messy as separate things, a lot of pure wetlook fans tend to only want to see people getting wet in clean water and would have no interest in mess. And so far that's pretty much how we've always run our shoots, they are either messy, or muddy, or wetlook, with little crossover other than the hosedowns, and even there those are mainly for mess fans who also want to see the soaking and wash-off, rather than wetlook fans.

I could imagine a scenario where we might have people start out buy wetting each other a little, perhaps some cups of water poured into each other's collars, or down their trousers, or into selected pockets, before the main messing began. But the objective wouldn't be to soak them, but to give them several wet patches, to to start the "dishveling" process even more gently than when we start with small amounts of cream or custard poured in. I could imagine this working well in denim outfits, where the wet patches from the initial wetting will really show, and where it might also help with stain-through when the first of the mess is poured in, which is something we've found doesn't happen with jeans anything like as effectively as we originally expected. Think white t-shirt tucked into jeans, denim jacket over, a little water poured in at the collar and some more in the front jeans pockets and perhaps down inside the back of the jeans too. Enough to make the recipient feel damp, but not yet destroyed.

In a completely different direction, something we have done in several messy scenes is in between the messing and the hosedown, we throw multiple buckets of water, full force, over the girls from off-camera. If you search our store for "bucketing" or "thrown" you'll find some of them though mixed in with other stuff.

Personally, I like wetlook and messy but prefer them to be separate. I do quite enjoy the clean-up scenes at the end of most MostWam and CustomWam content though. I am not a huge fan of someone being cleaned half way along which I always find a little disappointing. Would just prefer more mess!

Wetlook and messy are certainly two very separate interests but getting wet can be an important component of messy. Hit a pretty lady with a bucket of water, throw her in the pool or shower, whatever, and she's going to be a mess. I like that kind of mess. We experimented with just that theme a couple of times at MPV. Yeah I like wet mess during the action or cleanup and that's not to be confused at all with wetlook.

I agree when a muddy girl gets cleaned up they're even hotter when you see their naked bodies all wet and the sun's rays shine on them like beautiful angels .

agreed. there is something about getting all that mess rinsed off with a giant surprising bucket of water and then just plastered wtih pies again.....or slime or whatever the like!

ODDLY ENOUGH. i have only done it like ONCE. in my entire time of producing and starring in HUNDREDS of vids. for reals! i did a ycdtot type scene and we did that early on when i first started! a classic scene i no longer own but A GREAT ONE! i think i did it in that one and a rain coat one i have from long ago! i loved it! big ass mess but you take it outside? fun times. season two of the "jayce lane show" has already been written and im puuuuuuurty suuuure there is some of that in it which makes me eeeeeesssssiiiiiiited. yall should deffo do it and as soon as you are clean enough to make out your facial expressions? Personally, I like to get wet before, during and after I get messy. For me that's the whole wam experience.

Getting wet during a messy scene enhances the scene for me when the model is completely messy then water is thrown or poured (does not matter which), gets clean in some places and then gets messy again only to be rinsed off at the end.

Wetlook was my first experience in wam when I was a teenager and I would play in the shower when I was alone at home. I'd wear t-shirts and once I even wore a complete jogging outfit (this was in the eigthies) just to see how it looked and felt on me after getting wet. Come to think about it, I never told anyone that...lol
