So with prices on everything going through the roof. I'm having to reevaluate my finances.

So I have decided to give up cigarettes, and use my dirty ciggies money to purchase more WAM material on here

First on my list is a Candy Custard bundle.

I see this decision as a win win.

I quit smoking 10 years ago, I highly recommend the smoke free life.

I think WAM is good for health in other ways too - the fun is incredible for you mentally, staying upright is good for your core and balance, and all that heavy lifting of buckets? The perfect health regime!

That's brilliant, and a fantastic incentive to have more money for WAM scenes.

WAM can actually be healthy in quite a few ways, playing in mud and natural water like rivers, streams, and lakes, can help strengthen the immune system by low-level exposure to bugs which your body then learns to deal with. Living in too clean an environmenrt is actually bad for our health. Hence some of the recent laundry detergent ads which actually encourage getting mucky, and using their product to get clothes clean again afterwards.

Totally a win-win in my book.
I'll straight up say it won't be easy, breaking addition is hard (porn in my case) but it's certainly do-able. You're on a good tactic by giving yourself a reward with the savings from not smoking, you'll also likely want a new hobby and/or change to routine to replace the times you'll normally smoke (making the giving up easier since you can focus on doing something instead of the cravings)

Building on the natural mud and water- wild swimming is fantastic for you mind and body. Not only the fitness but also the mental release and serenity from being immersed in nature and cool/cold water itself does some pretty neat stuff for the skin, body, mind, metabolism, and immune response.
Would 100% recommend doing it if you've got a suitable body of water nearby. Added bonus if it's private enough for a little fun in the mud too.

Thanks everyone for your kind words and support. I know it won't be easy. But I'm confident I can do it, and with the added incentive of getting more WAM videos and photosets from here I'm sure I'll do it.
