When Kaydens returns home, tied and emotional after going out after work, she remembers she promised she would paint the spare room that evening. She decides she will try and do it anyway, but undergoes a delicious series of paint related mishaps, ruining her beautiful secretary style outfit of tight white blouse and tight black skirt and heels, with tights (pantyhose) underneath. Eventually she decides it would be more fun to just trash the outfit with paint, and she sets about this with glee.

Gradually each layer comes off, and she ends up naked and covered in paint from head to toe... and then when she's covered in paint... she puts her skirt and blouse on again!
