If you look at Jumpoff Joe's store, full submersion isn't a feature, a quick scan through shows lots of shoulder-deep sinking but no head coverage. Not everyone wants the same things from scenes, the range and variety of WAM is enormous.
Speaking personally, I really like Joe's style, he dresses his models in spectacularly sexy outfits and films their legs and lower trunks sinking into the mire beautifully, which is what works for me. So while some people may be put off by the lack of head sinking, others may find other aspects more attractive.

Could I suggest being nice and thanking JumpoffJoe for all the hard work that him and the talents take to make these videos possible? You always leave these types of comments on his forum posts and it's frankly quite rude. Did it ever occur to you that maybe some talents like Noire don't feel comfortable fully submerging under the quicksand or maybe the scene doesn't require it? It's people like you that criticize his videos on here or Twitter but on certain areas of the internet, you beg for someone to share these videos and download them for free. With the way his videos keep getting pirated by people like you, you should be grateful he still even releases videos. If this scene doesn't do well and gets pirated, this might be the last one he ever puts out. So could I suggest you stop criticizing his videos and offer him your full support instead?

"The stunning Noire writhes about and sinks into a foul, slimy quagmire."
A scene from Jumpoff Joe's
Noire, in a black, long-sleeve, velvet crop top, high-rise jeans with leather belt, and sneakers, is following the frogs through a rather deceiving marsh. Though the tall grass is brown and dry she is not aware of what danger lurks just inches beneath her feet. She falls through once, to her surprise and amusement, and then steps off the edge into the ooze a short time later. This time, though, she starts to sink and there's no way out. She plods forward, but then sinks to her knees and quickly to her thighs. Then the mud moves up around her hips and her emotions turn to fear. As she sinks to her waist she realizes that she is in peril. Slowly, she writhes and moans, sinking to her chest before she realizes that is going to need help to get out of this mess. Her soft cries, moans, and gasps make this movie very special. She sinks all the way to her shoulders before a fadeout, and afterwards she gets some help to pull her from the thick, creamy mire. She softly suggests that her hero you, from your point of view is going to need a reward for helping her. If you are a fan of Noire, this movie is a must-buy!

Wow, that looks amazing! 
Those jeans she's wearing are just perfect, high waist, long fly, totally emphasising the sexiest areas of an already very gorgeous model. Nice. And beautifully framed shots too, really superb work. And that final shot of her coated in mud looking up, with her mud-drenched jeans bum in the background - and the matching one in the trailer. Ok, this is going in the future queue for my next purchase list. Fantastic!

Could I suggest full coverage at some point for her? She's adorable but the lack of facial coverage means of lot of people won't be interested.

What a superb, goregous model, outfit, and mud! That outfit is one of my favorites to see any woman wear. 
From what I can perceive, Noire has very quickly become the MVP of your store.
I would say "I wonder why" but that would be either stupid or make me look like a sarcastic asshole. But it's pretty obvious why she's such a hit.
