To answer your question....to my knowledge I am the only legitimate source for Jessie videos and I am continuing to release all the fully clothed Jessie scenes I have the rights to, at a rate of a couple a month. I don't recognise that one off the top of my head, though.
As per Jessie's wishes all her topless / nude scenes have been removed from sale, and are not available from any legitimate source.
If the video you mention was fully clothed, and you can give me a fuller description, I would be happy to see if it is one I have, but haven't released yet...and then bump it up the queue.

Ah, good point. There may well be some fully-clothed Jessie scenes filmed by other producers that are extant. The scenes I own the rights to, and was thinking about, are those from her own store.
