The scene features 2 fellas. New fella Patrick, and Carlos:. Both naked. They are lovers, so this isn't about humiliation, it is nice / tender. Carlos says he is going to wash his hair, so Patrick offers to help. Patrick takes Carlos through to the shower and they get in. Patrick massages Carlos's hair with hair cream for 3 mins, and then Patrick rinses his hair. Then they turn the shower off but stay in the shower. Then Patrick gives Carlos 3 more shampoos... each one lasting 3 minutes. After each one the shower is turned back on and Carlos rinses his hair clean

1) soap, and rinse

2) shaving cream, rinse

3) shampoo rinse

Finally Carlos washes Patrick's hair with just shampoo for 2 minutes, and then rinses it, to show appreciation to him for taking care of his hair.
