For me, it's syrups. They just flow down me and mix so well. They feel great on me and just so satisfying to rub on my body and through my hair.

Eggs, especially with the shells, when they're broken over someone's head. If I could, I'd use them in all my sessions.

Gunge because it's far cheaper per litre, it's the closest most of us will get to TV gunge gameshows or doing what we see on gunge websites and you can reuse gunge multiple times over multiple days.

My first loves are deep outdoor clay, mud, silt, and quicksand.

Second choice is MS vivi extreme- thick stretchy stringy ropey slime that rolls around the body wrapping and caressing you. Certainly the most fun to play in; however is a pain to mix and leaves a residue on your skin.

Slime. Love the traditional recipes with oatmeal and pudding, but also love the flour batter based ones. Especially love the way it feels when you are slimed wearing clothes of filling your pants underwear with it!

Pies. Proper bakery or store-bought pies with a crust and thick filling, so there's a good mix of textures and sensations in the experience.

I enjoy paint as well, but it's more about the transformative aspect, and the cleanup takes longer.

For me, I enjoy cake batter over the head.

When I was engaging in regular messy fun with a partner, we liked using yogurt. Warmed up a bit, it poured well and provided a great slimed coverage. Good for the skin and easy to clean with minimal to no lingering bad smells. We'd have fun picking out different flavors to try. Mixed well with whipped cream too.
