Hello people of UMD, I have done many private messy sessions in the past but I have never used pie crust in my pies, I love how it looks in videos and wanted to give it a shot. Now there's two ways about doing this and I wanted yalls advice first. Option 1: do it in the bathtub (worried that much pie crust will clog my drains or not go down the drain at all) Option 2: get a couple tarps and do this in my room (I dont want to get my room messy at all and I wouldn't know how to get to the bathroom after that to clean up without making a mess everywhere) Anybody that has advice is much appreciated! Thank you and stay messy!
Put the tarp in the bathtub with tape on the walls so that it is secure with the other side of the tarp droopping over the side of the tub. If you tape it right, it won't go down the drain and you can just pack the mess in the tarp and throw it out.
A few more tips: - you are going to move the sheet, so give it some extra feet inside the tub rather than making it super tight and prone to ripping. - have your trash bags already there so you can just place it in the bag once you finish and pack it up. - Have a bucket to scoop mess into if you're using a lot that you can pour into either a trash bag or the toilet (if you're using really thick stuff or things that form pastes with water, toilets not a good idea, but if you flush when things are about the size of when you're normally using the bathroom, it probably will go down easier than normal movements)
I'd say it would be more comfortable in the bedroom (for me anyways) just lay down some plastic sheeting on the floor or bed and cover the walls too
If you need to move from one room to another covered in mess I would recommend something like these (link below) a kind of a cheap pvc waterproof wader style pants you could wear after the session to get to the bathroom would contain all of the mess on the inside and could wear a cheap raincoat to keep mess from touching surfaces from the top of your body

holy crap! These would be incredible for the girls and myself to use!!! we have to buy tarps and the tarps are huge but thin. we usually cut them in half and then? you have to walk from the kitchen through the living room, through the mud area by the laundry room, through the bedroom and to the bathroom through the bedroom! I always have smudges on my walls or? The girls rip the tarps and just kkeep walking. lol! If these are durable? and big? I sure as HELL would love to have these! they would be so much easier! anything up top would just fall into the pants if the girls held them out like she is! This is TOO COOL!

I think judging by the price and the photo I'd say they are not very durable they look to be disposable almost I find pretty much the same on amazon 5 pairs for like $13
Another idea would be like fishing chest waders which are more expensive and heavy duty but would be a pain in the ass to clean on the inside afterwards
I've done that many pies in the bathtub. Any time I'm worried about the mess clogging the drain, I bring a giant bowl into the bathroom and scoop all the mess into that to run down the kitchen garbage disposal. By the time my sessions are over, most of the crust is broken into tiny pieces and goes down the drain without issue.

Yes please, all buy fishing waders and fill them up!
This one held up really well and they are just cheap dollar store table coverings. I was suprised the crusts and volume of slop didn't rip them
And bedroom play we used painter tarps and made path to bathroom We always have Clorox wipes and paper towels around and use paper bags to hold up double to triple garbage bags so they "stand" open. Usually double or triple up paper bags to hope protect all of it from other bags poking it and testing in trash and theme garbage guys dump into truck and a full thing is slop Flow into their truck from our pick up container

I use disposable coveralls for clothing filling, but I know people have used them in combo with shoe coverings (it's like a plastic covering with elastic at the top that can go over full shoes). You can get both at any hardware store for like $10, I've seen much cheaper in bulk online though. This would probably solve your problem Jayce, but I tape the legs and use them for some great filling sessions

Ive actually got one of these, might be able to get a short video if I can find it so you can see quality?
It is thin, but would be good enough to keep all the mess inside to key your environment clean. I've also got some cheap rain suits arriving in a week that are still super cheap if anyone wants a review?
I'm trying the tarp strategy in the bath this weekend, but i think ive got the opposite problem that I went too thick in the tarp and it's going to be cumbersome.
I can send videos and links of the cheap protective stuff ive purchased so you know what you're buying?
