I honestly don't know how many of these "guest" appearances over the years are genuine or staged.... but this one was 100% unplanned on the day. To the point that you can catch Ivy at the beginning of Scene 1 (in the unedited footage at least) talking to Willa on the phone to lock down her arrival.
