Her birthday was today! And while due to her recent lower back surgery we couldn't make it a messy one, it was an awesome day with lots of family and friends. She's a Converse girl, and I was able to get her some pretty sweet custom kicks for her big day. Wanted to share!

Partial discectomy + laminectomy. The surgery was about 3 weeks ago with recovery time of 6 weeks. The surgery itself went well and she's been a bit better each day with recovery. Stitches come out this Monday! She will no doubt be checking this thread often once I told her that I let people know it's her birthday, lol.
I myself worry about getting any sort of surgery these days especially, back surgery, so she definitely has my sympathies, I hope the recovery is going well and the pain is less and less, more and more everyday. Rest well, and heal up.
Really appreciate the Spirit and Fun you guys exemplify.
