All The Wife wants to do is land a simple acting gig in a commercial to launch her career, but with who's in charge of the shoot, that isn't going to happen. Enter Ellie, a strange director that is very vague about what The Wife is supposed to be doing and saying for the shoot. She does her best, and after multiple makeup reapplications at director Ellie's behest, and many pies to the face, The Wife has successfully completed her first commercial scene! Ellie demands a second scene be shot, and after a surprise watering, The Wife supposes that she's ready. Plus, the second scene is short with only one line of dialog... how could anything bad possibly happen? After that scene is over, director Ellie says everything The Wife does is all wrong. However, things don't go exactly quite right for Ellie either.
After footage is included of the gals yucking it up behind the scenes as well as the lovely ladies sliding around in their socks and then their bare feet in the mess that's collected on the floor.
Thank you muchly! We shot this only 2 weeks ago, however the script I wrote almost a whole year ago! It's honestly one of my favorite scripts I've ever written and was lucky enough to have these two ladies knock it out of the park.
I love the concept of this video and reeeeaally love that you've brought in the powder element. "Maaaaaakeuppp!!" powder puffing is such classic vaudeville style slapstick that I've always loved SO much. Definitely not enough of them over the years but they do have to be used in the right context to not be overdone. Looks like you've done it brilliantly here.
The Wife has never taken mess wrong so it's no surprise to see images of her powdered looking so good here too. She being dark haired makes the powdering visual contrast even better.
Ellie with the beret and megaphone is excellent detail that gives her character the obnoxious dominance she needs and for her end of scene comeuppance to be even more deserved I'm sure.

There are certain situations where water works mid scene for the sake of the script and this is definitely one of them. I'm usually not a huge fan of water myself, but I do like to see it once in a while. With that said we honestly do appreciate your input!

Way to go on another winner.
We absolutely appreciate the length of detail in your response here. In fact, we love all the detail from people in what they like/don't like. I will be sending a phone pic of your response to our gals in our 'slime chat' group in messenger so they know. Thank you so much for being a fan and we're glad you enjoyed it!!!

Believe it or not...when we talked and you informed me that the neon was the more traditional color, I made the switch to that shade for first slimes when possible.
