I attempted to make a new video earlier but the camera went out of focus. So i wanted to edit what I had for a head dunking clip. Nope windows 10 ate my movie maker. oh well either way had a lot of fun.
EDIT: got new editing software so ill have a 3 min clip to share
Sorry to hear that, KayleeKat. Now you got me worried. I hope I can trust Win 10. I am still using Win XP on a 2004 Sony computer. Best OS & computer ever. Too bad Sony stopped making computers. Too bad Windows stopped making XP.
I haven't tried it (can't on XP) but according to this site you can get WMM back by installing parts of Windows Live Essentials 2012 (see "Parts 2 & 3") http://www.iskysoft.com/video-editing/windows-movie-maker-windows-10.html#part2 . The "Part 4" on that site is all about an iSkySoft Video Editor but their free download version apparently lays a big title over the video. I've been using TMPGEnc forever but have to convert MP4's to WMV beforehand using WinFF. That's no biggie but it would be nice to edit straight from MP4. Tried a program called ShotCut but it doesn't work on my ol' machine.
