With all the folks that grew up with Nickelodeon and Gunge now being adults, I was thinking if there would ever be a casino that would dabble in such an affair. Imagine a special set of slot machines that have a daily jackpot and when it hits it slimes the gambler. Would you do it? I might be a bit scared to get "turned on" in public, otherwise I'd blow a lot of money on such a machine.

Maybe a similar gimmick could be done at a Gay Pride fair or some Recon event...

If a slot machine slimed people they'd have to go off somewhere to get clean and would have to stop gambling to go do that.
Sliming the jackpot winner is also strange because they won.

Depends whether you see it as a punishment or as the star prize!

I'm not sure it would fit in at a casino, but I absolutely could see it working at a nightclub that happened to be hosting a foam party already so people were expecting that sort of fun. Or, as the OP suggested, at some sort of fetish event.

I was born in the mid '70s and so arcades represented the state of the art for video games. I can remember writing an essay at school (at age of about nine, so not long after game shows had started getting slimy) about what I thought I might be when I grew up, and it was an arcade game designer. At the time I can remember being convinced that there would, in time, be arcade games which slimed their players. This wasn't a development I welcomed at the time, but fascination, hate and love can be closely linked!
