When it comes to messy sessions, do you prefer simple set-ups with a few pies and/or a couple of buckets? Or do you prefer much more elaborate, well-organised sessions?

My own thoughts. I'm easily pleased so I'm all for very simple sessions. A session with just a few pies being rubbed into my face and then returning the favour (or vice versa) suits me down to the ground.
I wouldn't be completely against a more elaborate session. It just seems like a bit of a faff to organise and I imagine the clean up would be a nightmare. But, I guess it's a small price to pay for a good messy session.

The more I've done this, the more I realise that when it comes to fantasies, the more elaborate the better, but when it comes to real life there's a lot to be said for keeping it fairly simple.

In particular, we've done elaborate sessions which were fun to plan but ended up losing their sexiness when carried out because they just went on too long. My wife getting muddy in the estuary, then putting clothes back on over the top of the mud, then being driven home for sex, seemed a great idea in principle. In practice by the time we arrived home she was uncomfortable from the mud, I'd been concentrating on driving, and so not only had we completely lost the mood but her clothes had soaked up the moisture from the mud and what had been a gloriously smooth and slippery coating was now a friable itchy dust. The sex was, at best, rather token at the end of that session!

In general I now try to keep it fairly simple and focus on bodily contact and enjoyable textures, and we both have a lot more fun as a result.

Solo session, simple is probably easiest. Plus anything elaborate mean extra clean up. Elaborate is probably better for a meet up. I don't think anyone would be satisfied with meeting someone and using a few buckets and a few pies. You'd only just be getting started when your mess runs out, Cant see that as being much fun.

I'd say it's totally dependent on with whom I'm meeting. If there's something we have been talking about and want to act out, then it can be elaborate.

Being as how I do things solo, I keep it simple. Just me and at least thirteen pies. Working on adding a bucket or two of slime to the mix.

While I do enjoy the playful and humiliating aspect of WAM, it's truly the sensory experience that draws me in. The different textures and especially the way each layer builds upon the last. The more mess I can play with and pile on, the more immersive and arousing it becomes.

As I like to photograph my own sessions. I would say they are moderately elaborate in terms of background, lighting and costumes etc.

I suppose it's useful to draw a distinction between whether it's satisfying to have the session, and whether it produces photos or videos that you feel good sharing.
I've tended not to put indoor sessions online because the footage I get is just not that visually enticing, and it's a lot of work to make something that looks good and feels worth watching. But that doesn't mean that a simpler session can't be fun and satisfying in the moment. If it's been a while, a couple of cartons of custard in the bathroom can still scratch an itch, it's just not often that compelling to watch.
Mud I find a bit easier, with the daylight, natural settings and usually an ample quantity of stuff to play in. But even then there are some times I might be out in a secluded location for a swim and have a little squelch about in any mud I find without bothering to video and share it. And that's still a fun thing that improves my week even if it's not a big blowout session.

Prefer simple. But I have always wanted to like a messy scene where I have lines and say things like "I dont Know" or "Hey give me back my pie" just all the classics

I'm in an apartment, and... everything is limited to one of two bathrooms, as can be seen from my photos; excluding my river, which is an entirely different setup than what you're asking about!

So whatever I do is... mostly solo, and happens within a shower stall that doesn't give me much room to even move let alone play and get pics, and a smol tub that... at least allows for some more variety, but is still a very limiting venue.

I do miss my former house, pre-divorce, and kinda do wish I bought the very old place - pretty sure the guys there did some fetish filming in the basement *and* the shower could fit a dozen people or more!
