Again... A pie made entirely of whipped cream, or buttercream icing, like Lenny has in this video... isn't a "real" pie. It's perfect for our purposes of course. (Although I heard model stories about those buttercream pies... 20-30 minutes of hosing plus dishwasher soap! I can't pay my models enough for them to put up with that, sorry...)
Key lime... Lemon merengue... Any cheesecake... Very tasty. Bad for throwing. I suppose a store-bought chocolate cream would work, and Doodmon apparently used real bakery pies in his old videos, but those are the exceptions.
