I found this, looks to be one of the final episodes of some sort of Russian competition show featuring some nice looking ladies. There are other episodes included in the description but not of this game, there is some wetlook in the other episodes. There is an intro for this show that features a few models diving into some slop and I've included a facebook photo of that, but haven't yet found video of that.
This is the kind of hidden stuff I've been searching the webs for from other countries, hopefully I can spot some other stuff like this.

I strongly believe that balloons are underrated as a wam option. Kudos.
Massively agree. I love the amount they hold, the tension from the build up before they burst and the playfulness of them. I use they as often as I can.
Oddly, fill them with air and I am scared of them.
I just love how the Russians instinctively inject an element of (mafia-like) violence (the guns, the filled balloons / 'swords of Damocles' ) into a game show featuring attractive women getting wet or messy. At one point the guy reading the questions says to the newly soaked woman: "that's show biz!"...apparently spoken the same in Russian as in English.
