So many of you have messaged me about Pies & Pints and I am super pleased to announce it is BACK! I had to take a bit of a hiatus while I moved house/had a minor breakdown/was ill with tonsilitis for two weeks/out of the country/etc... but I've set up dates for the whole year now so everyone can stick them in their diaries I'm also doing alternative weekdays and weekends as I know some people couldn't do one or the other and want to make sure that everyone can make it along!
Location will be DE HEMS BAR in SOHO, LONDON. Weekday events start from 6pm and weekend events start at about 2pm so people can visit from outside of London and still make it back that day!

PS - When I post about Pies & Pints I often get messages from people who are sad there isn't something in the US: just a reminder that in terms of organisation, literally the only thing I do is book an area at a pub and tell everyone where it is and what day we're going. Absolutely anyone, no matter where you're based, can do the same thing too - if there isn't anything near you, make it!
Obviously us lot in the UK are a lot closer geographically and find it much easier to travel to different cities - but as long as you give people enough notice you'll be surprised to see how far people are willing to travel to hang out with like minded others and meet the people they've been chatting to for years online. I would really love to see some more events popping up in other parts of the world, especially ones set up by people who aren't producers but are still a key part of the community
