Off the top of me head, the pie fight at the very very end of the music video to the Travis song Sing (it's not a great hit just FYI). Also if ya being generous the linked clip below has a part where a Waitress comes in and there's a bit of a wait before she's pied but it might still have the same impact for ya

Not a sexy target by most standards, but Endora (Agnes Moorehead) takes a pie right as she comes through a door in the Bewitched pie fight scene. Might well have been a painful one though, because the the pie spun in its flight; it looks to me like the side of the aluminum tin hit her in the face. She already had great objections to getting pied anyway (according to Elizabeth Montgomery), so the way it hit her must've really pissed her off!

Of course there's this all-time classic quick scene which is ONLY an entrance and nothing else--the Loretta Young Show parody by the legendary Ernie Kovacs, and for my money the very best surviving pie in the face scene from the one comedian of his era who always preferred to see a pretty WOMAN take the pie rather than a male stooge (the victim is the gorgeous Jolene Brand, whose husband George Schlatter certainly could have taken some tips about women and pies from Kovacs when he worked as producer on "Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In")...I'd probably rate this THE great "Pied as soon as they enter" scene of all time:

For purposes of comparison, here are a couple of "straight" intros from "The Loretta Young Show" that show what Ernie Kovacs was (rather viciously) parodying--you just know he would have KILLED to plaster Loretta Young in the face with a cream pie during one of these!

By the way, when I say "surviving pie in the face scene" from Ernie Kovacs' shows I mean this very literally: tragically for us WAMmers and for the American comedy tradition in general, HUNDREDS of hours of these important early television shows were erased (or in some cases broadcast live and not preserved) before Kovacs' widow Edie Adams was able to step in and rescue what was left for posterity.

In her memoir, the beautiful and talented Edie Adams happily described her first appearance with Ernie Kovacs, which climaxed with a surprise pie in the face--this was the first of many pies that she was on the receiving end of in the early years of the show, but not a SINGLE one of these survives on tape today.

Just IMAGINE how this board would light up with amazing pie and assorted slapstick moments if the 90% of lost silent films and who-knows-how-many hours of early live television comedy shows were suddenly restored to us--it staggers the imagination!

I love moments in pie fights where a person gets pied as soon as they enter.
I think it's a great comedic moment in slapstick pie fights.

Neither of these examples feature women pied as soon as they enter but:

The YouTube video featuring Nora "Dodo" Denney involved in a posh party pie fight
has a man entering the room only to get bombarded with pies.

Speaking of getting bombarded with pies, I know that when you were referencing
"The Great Race" earlier, you were acknowledging the moment where Natalie Wood
gets pied when she enters, but (from a comedic point) nothing is funnier than watching
Max enter the room and he gets bombarded.

I also like "Half-Wits Holiday" where the two gentlemen making the wager
walk into the room only to have both of them get pied.

I have to say this has always been a fantasy of mine, I'd love to knock on a door or ring a door bell and just get pied.
