Obviously i love the nuru one and i am a sucker for the black full coverage!! really great stuff!! question! your nuru boxes look different than the ones we got...i know they offer other nuru that is not as expensive as the "real" (the actual nuru brand) gel and i have been using nuru even with other substances to create a real cool. shiny look. and they have these big huge jugs of the "off brand" nuru. i wondered if it still had the stringy and slippery effect as the name brand nuru? i need to just buy the video if i wasnt broke from making my own. lol.
bc hell, i know that there is some stuff you get the name brand and some stuff you can get the off brand just as good and cheaper! advice? i like the stringyness of the nuru and obviously the shine and slippery!

This was a name brand version of nuru we used, and it was very slippery and stringy. The girls loved the way it felt and can't wait to use it again. Did you get it on your face? It says on the bottle to keep out of the eye area. That was why we added the whipped cream facials. We need head to toe coverage on our girls.

i saw some huge industrial sized ones online that were the off brand and i was like...hmmmm i wonder if that has the same stringy and sticky and awesome as nuru. they must have changed the packaging either way, looks rad on the girls. i love the cream mixed with it!! that was brilliant!!
i have poured nuru all over my face and it did not bother me at all. like nuru facials and i just wiped it out of my eyes after. i even added that shaving foam and stuff to it and had it ALL OVER my face. completely covered. and it didnt bother me. there was no burning or anything like that. just fyi if you use it again. now, ariel said that it gave her eyes a little bit of a tingle when we used it in some cake batter...but nothing that made her like, wanna die. just a little tingle, i guess like a menthol foam would do.
so, i guess i wouldnt recommend it for an hour long scene. hah. other than that, i think you are good
