When viewing a forum homepage, you can mouse over any person's name in the "Started By" column, and a little "x" will appear. Click it, and you won't see that person's threads anymore.
But you will still see their replies within other people's threads. Wouldn't make much sense to filter them out, cuz subsequent replies won't make any sense.
I greatly prefer to just encourage people to speak their mind without being a dick about it, and kick those who can't get that concept through their heads.
