I'm was thinking about Human Garbage Disposal customs, and some WAM friends & producers tell me that we could expand the possible models if I dropped the open legged element. For me seeing the pussy is super important so I thought this kind of defeats the purpose of the scene, but I am curious to what others think?

I voted no, but that's not the whole story. It isn't necessary, in fact nudity isn't a requirement for me - other aspects are more important. But it is something I enjoy seeing. If you had the same model, both nude, same set up and same mess but filmed once with open legs and once with closed legs, I'd buy the open leg. It's definitely an aspect that makes me lean more towards downloading a vid.

Not necessary for me (and humiliation isn't my thing), but they're not my customs: they're yours. But I have a difference of opinion on the HGD set versus the ones you've commissioned from Rev Slymsford. The girls seemed really uncomfortable during the HGD sets, perhaps solely because of the savory substances, but I think the pose had something to do with it as at least one of the girls seemed hesitant from the start. I watched two of the HGD scenes and, frankly, they are purchases I regret because I did not enjoy those because of the obvious discomfort the girls displayed. (Note: I'm 100% sure the girls did it willingly b/c MG would never force but it doesn't seem like they had fun with the experience.)

The ones you did with Rev Slymsford, especially the water ones, I really really liked.

This^. I really like the bound concept and do like the open leg aspect, but wouldn't mind if some models preferred not to, but the savory is the turn-off for me.

I've only got the first two MG scenes so far (Tatum and Amber) and for me the more important factor is the acting/reactions. Like I love the setup, but there's a whole chunk of story missing from denying payment to "okay, now this guy has stripped me and put me in this position", and for that to work, I'd then expect a lot more verbal pushback from the models to this guy, especially before the mess starts being poured. Like, this is a very weird situation!

Also no laughing at all (I know this is really hard to quell in the moment though) and - the thing that weirds me the most - when they obey instructions like "head back". Those aspects just take me out of things a bit.
