I too do not advocate milkshake throwing and think we should work on thorough education and getting it through to these thickheaded people and their followers that they are shitting all over the memory of their fathers, grandfathers and great grandfathers who fought and died against the exact behavior they now exhibit, and their mothers, grand mothers and great grandmothers who assisted the efforts, evacuated their children and grieved their sons and husbands.
It makes me sick that they think themselves worthy of even looking at a poppy let alone holding it as some kind of symbol they think they stand for.

As others have said, I am not comfortable with the milkshake throwing in real life. It doesn't solve anything, it martyrizes the fascists, and it takes things down to their level.
Hearing the horrible messages being spread by hate mongers makes me desperately sad.
Charities like Hope Not Hate spreading a positive message that counters the hate, is the way to counter them and it's such a worthy cause so hats off to Penny and Misha.

Its great that hope not hate is to benefit and I always find it strange that these far right types like to invoke world War 2,which incidentally my dad fought in, but they seem to want to impose the kind of regime on us that it was fought against.
