After having an interest in gunge my whole life, I finally came clean (mind the pun) to my girlfriend about my wam fetish (and my foot fetish, first time telling anyone about either). Turns out she is totally onboard to get involved with both - I knew I was lucky being with her, but this is a different level!
We don't have the space/privacy to accommodate a gunge session, does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations of places in London we can rent and use privately?

There may be producers with a studio which you could rent, alternatively, you can look at renting "serviced apartments" these are simple flats with a kitchen / living area, a bedroom & a bathroom, usually with relatively easy-clean surfaces which can usually be rented by the night (although some of the nicer ones in London may require a longer booking)... it is usually easy to get online supermarkets to deliver (& the reception desk / booking website may even have a recommended store). NB depending on seasonal booking restrictions you might find it cheaper to book one in a city outside London (speaking from experience even factoring in train fares it was cheaper to get one in Birmingham).
As they are relatively simply furnished, it is easy to set up disposable plastic dust sheets etc & they usually have reasonable facilities for disposing of large quantities of food waste (e.g. rubbish chute)... additional benefits include the fact that they have a double bedroom for afterwards (beds tend to take up most of room so less practical for a session unless you fancy spending a lot of time protecting bed against slime)... also they have a fridge so great if you want to make sure the slime is chilled to perfection!

I have considered a serviced apartment/Airbnb previously, my hesitancy has always been that you would need to take in all your buckets etc. with you - logistically a nightmare in London!
Very niche; but I didn't know if there was a "dungeon" where I could order the gunge to and have access to some of their kit already in the facility. Has anyone ever come across such a service?

I'd suggest looking at people who offer sessions. (Annoyingly, there doesn't seem to be any easy way to filter the directory to find them.) You might need to go outside London for this, but that's not too bad if you can travel light.
E.g. Candy Custard mentions a "Micro+1" service for £100, although she's between facilities at the moment:

Basically, you would provide the gunge powder and mix it up on site, but I'm guessing that she'd have buckets for you to borrow. Then you and your partner would get messy (not Candy) and you'd do the clean up afterwards.
The Flying Dutchaman in Camberwell is used for various fetish events and hire out their space for sessions...I have used in the past for sploshing and know they recently had a splosh event going on so they not adverse to it

I have some advice though - If you're just starting out you really don't need a massive production so I'd just get a hotel - simple and cheap and you can take a suitcase in filled with either gunge powder and buckets (you can get small 5 litre buckets that fit in luggage really easily) or cartons of custard or whatever
You can mix gunge in the bathroom or warm custard by putting it in a bucket and keeping the hot tap running over it for a while
not London but nearby - Addlestone premier inn has a discreet entrance and a waitrose right next to it. You can get to and from your room with suitcases or even carrier bags full of stuff via lifts completely bypassing reception long as you request floor 2 or 3 (very important if you are very shy but I don't care and just take stuff in in suitcases... they can't see inside them!)
It also tends to be only around £50 for a room
