I once read somewhere that Leeza Gibbons was once pied in the face either on entertainment tonight or during her 90's chat show ? has anyone got any pictures or know where a clip of this is?

I hope someone turns something up. Twenty five years ago, she was my FAVORITE, my top choice to see WAMmed.

I've heard about this clip, never seen it. I'm sure it was on one of Hurley's cliptapes way back when, probably on a WAMTEC cliptape as well. But I wouldn't get your hopes up too high for it. From what I've read, it was a pretty weak pieing. I'm pretty sure it was a clown who delivered it.

I used to have a bunch of Hurley Coward and WAMTEC cliptapes back in the day (on VHS-- ruined now ). I am pretty sure that this was on one of the tapes. Barely memorable. I think she was at some sort of clown college. The video quality was awful and, if you weren't aware that it was her ahead of time, there would have been little clue that Leeza Gibbons was being pied. Disappointing. That is my memory anyway.
Isn't that the way though? I am a huge mainstream WAM fan and I pursue these clips that I remember from my youth or that sound amazing (Holy Shit! Leeza Gibbons was pied!), only to find that most are underwhelming when you finally find them. It is always the clips you don't expect to be great that you remember.

I saw this when it aired. It was cool because it was Leeza Gibbons, but not too spectacular overall.
