So with the territory of wamming comes the cold right? Like puddings cakes pies etc are sometimes cold or from the fridge... Anyone else notice that during the act of wamming that it's not even a bother at all? Like I don't even seem to notice when something is ice cold... Sure I can tell it's cold but it's does not effect me like you'd think it would. I guess it's because my juices are really flowing because once I come back down and I'm laying it in... That's when I begin notice I'm actually chilly or in cold mush sometimes. Like my wife is less interested in winter wam because the house is colder. Summer it's a fun way to cool off. It's never bothered me during the act in that I don't even notice it.... Anyone else share this?
A sultry summer night was my wife's favorite time to play. We often warmed things up, like mixing cake batter in buckets and placing the buckets in a tub of hot water to keep the batter warm. (Microwaving leaves hot spots and cold spots.) But when things are in high gear temperature does not seem to matter.
I'm with the ladies its not as fun if its cold. In the winter we make all the slimes and batter with HOT water and by the time we used them they are nice and warm, which also allows us to stay messy longer because once we get cold we bail for a hot shower. Another great warm up wam is nice warm thick oatmeal, makes for a great massage.
This is true for me. I'm like always the coldest person, always frozen specially at work. I have hypothyroidism so my metabolism if fucked basically but when it comes to wam everything has to be cold. Fridge cold for cakes and trifles and I prefere to wam in the winter with the heating on and with cold gunge lol makes no sense
Totally agree - cold doesn't bother me, but she HATES it. I am also raising the heat up to 80 degrees, running space heaters, and boiling the water for the slime to keep the temps up to make her comfortable. We just installed a tankless hot water heater for endless water as we'd quickly run out of hot water as we cleaned up - important to think all of these things through. Wamming in the northeast in winter is a challenge in this regard unless we're in a hotel with more control of the temperature.
I would love to have some sort of heated pool or container to keep the mud (or my hope, chocolate) - one can dream. Not too hot to burn, but maybe to get some little chocolate bubbles and make a human fondue? Food for thought...
I don't typically get cold easily anyways but my wife does. She really doesn't like the pies because the whipped cream is always cold. I've always found it refreshing. But as someone above mentioned, all slimes have to be made with hot water to make sure they're warm by the time we use them. Our last big messy session together was on my birthday in July... in Florida. I set up everything for the session in our garage. So, it was decently warm in there to start with. All those things help.
When it comes to wet and messy fun the cold doesn't seem to bother me that much. In the middle of winter I have stumbled upon great mud multiple times and it usually ends up with me haveing to play in it even if it was as not planned and have no clean and dry clothes to change into after. The same thing applies to getting wet fully clothed for me which has led to many unplanned fully clothed fall and winter swims when I come across great places to get wet. I personally find that the colder it is the bigger the rush and more naughty it feels. I highly recommend it to everyone. Don't let the fall and winter weather and temperatures stop you from having fun you just need to wear warm clothes and multiple layers and have fun.
if i want my wam cold? i do "cold wam" where I brace myself for the cold. i enjoy it.
but that is if im prepared. you pour some FREEZING cold wam stuff on me without warning and im probably gonna be pissed. either that or create some friction to get it warm.
during sessions....i get cold like literally at the hour mark....bc its like we are in the mess setting up and during....i start to get really cold after playing in it non stop getting wammed over and over. but like gungedawg, i have learned if you crank it up wherever you are to where you are basically on the brink of sweating? once you start wamming its a relief....and can play longer
I started with cold stuff once and got myself sick so than I realized that using things that aren't cold or if I do use something cold like water or anything potentially that could get cold I tend to find controlled environments like a shower to explore so that I can use warm water to keep my body temperature up.
Wet things have a huge effect depending how much time your dealing with them. Especially for food stuff and water.
I've always enjoyed different temperatures. (to a degree) (pun intended)
A great scenario would be to be in a messy wading pool of warm pudding or custard. A pail of warm chocolate sauce is dumped on top, then warm syrup, but then you find half-melted ice-cream and start sliding that over the skin. If you're already warmed up nicely, the cold chill is a turn-on for some. But if it's there for too long, it becomes a turn-off, so it means alternating between very warm and cold. To enjoy anything cold, I have to first be very warm, like deep inside warm. Not just came in from a winter day and stood in front of the fire for a few minutes warm. There is a small element of pain in playing with something cold too, almost the way some like the discomfort of hot melted wax on themselves.
For quite a long time we had a sexual fantasy to have fun in the Bog in winter. Last December - we implemented it. True, last winter in our country and the region was very, unusually warm - a little snow fell only two or three times. We both endure the cold quite easily, but nevertheless - it was more for fun and out of curiosity than just because of passion from the Cold Swamp. But we have a Virtual Friend on the Russian forum WAM "mers, who loves it in late autumn, winter and early spring, and in heavy, seasonal clothing.
