Elena: from the old YCDTOTI days. One of the most stunningly drop-dead beautiful women ever. Great big expressive eyes as well. Imagine Natalie Sawyer crossed with Kate Middleton.
Very good call. Elena was lovely, particularly when chained up in the YCDTOTI dungeon in her underwear and pelted with pies and gunge! Totally agree about the Kate Middleton resemblance - there could have been a great scene in that, although Leon & Lisa might have ended up in the Tower as a consequence.
Oh wow, what a question! I've split my answer into three categories.
From the 'classic' Mostwam era:
Ali (took the mess with a shy reluctance which I thought was super cute) Little Emma (unbelievably adorable. Seemed to love getting gunged) Jess (need I say more?)
From the 'current' Mostwam era:
Mia (unbelievably pretty and funny. Gutted I didn't get a custom when she was available) Casey (classy, intelligent, gorgeous. Takes mess with great aplomb. Does a great job of hosting, too) Lila (smoking hot, but seemed to *love* getting messy. I remember her moaning at another model in someone's custom for not slamming a pie in her face hard enough ahaha)
Girls who only did a few scenes, but I wish did more:
Marie (her Halloween and schoolgirl gungings on GTG are two of my favourite ever) Blonde Lauren (Did a few Mostwam scenes and a couple of Justpied scenes. Also appeared on GTG, but tragically never went in the tank) Janet (appeared on Mostwam recently, but only did a few scenes before disappearing. Shame)
I would like to mention two favorites of mine.I always enjoyed the work of Natalie and Rebecca Jane. Their scenes on topgunge/propermessy/just series were always top shelf. A million thanks for all the great work and continuing excellence in the future.
This is really hard! In no particular order, here are a baker's dozen of my faves. And I'm sure there are at least a few more I've forgotten that I'll kick myself for forgetting later...

All of these lovely ladies have been mentioned by previous posters with the exception of Katy, who has always held a special place for me but seems a bit forgotten now. It's a tough question when we're talking about almost 20 years of models. But I can confidently say Shell is my all time favorite WAM model, period. If I were at one of the past gunjee events, I'd have been that guy that needed an ambulance because I walked forward into a pole or wall while looking sideways. It also doesn't help that she comes across as the most open, playful, exuberant, sweet, and charming person I've seen on camera.
But I was/am also particularly fond of Hannah, Jazz, Lola, Cassie, and Amber to list just a few without going crazy.

Because I am such a nut for MostWAM, I did some tallying up within this thread. People did these in so many ways (a single favorite, a short list, a long list, prioritized lists, non-prioritized lists, etc) so I just counted each mention as one "point." (Sorry to you guys who had the discipline to choose just one or two models.)
Not that this is a competition or anything, of course, because I think this thread clearly shows we're all winners to have such a rich pageant of mouth-watering MostWam models to choose from. As you can clearly see, the models at the top were clustered INCREDIBLY CLOSELY in number of mentions. (I've alphabetized the models in tying brackets.)
