Another person named Callie (I think?) taking a chocolate bath in a green evening dress.
A short scene from what looked like Spanish game show where someone in a red dress gets a bucket of water dumped on her.
And a Reddit post, I distinctly remember the title- "Taking my cute yellow dress in for a dip" and it was a selfie from the neck down of someone in a yellow lace dress probably waist deep in some sort of lake.

Early 1990s, STV. Presenter Muriel Grey was doing a trailer for a programme she was presenting later that same evening, a special about the Caravan and Camping show at the SECC in Glasgow. She was wearing a nice simple dress, and standing in a portable shower, and did the whole trailer talking to camera while the water was spraying on her head, dress soaked, water pouring off her chin as she spoke.

Regarding the above deleted post, did not realize the target demographic, considering that the clip in question was isolated and featured only adults. The scene on its own has nothing to identify it as not being appropriate for the site. I also wasn't familiar with the program apart from the name, so that's on me for not looking into it.
I don't feel quite as strongly about it as all that, but I'd love to see the Alex Sim-Wise stuff from early gungegirls. It doesn't even really match up with my tastes, but she is so gorgeous and with how famous (relatively) she later became it seems so unreal that it ever happened.

I've got a few. Back when I first got online and discovered WAM material in 1996 or so, there was an amazing Japanese site whose name is totally eluding me. It had some of the most amazing (for the time) paint scenes, with bright vibrant colours, scenes where the model was tied up against a wall and painted head to toe. I think there were two sites with similar names, or two that were part of a messy network of sorts. Does anyone know which sites I'm talking about? It's driving me nuts that I've blanked on the names.
Around the same time, I'd read the website for Crazygirls, but I never saw any photos or footage from it, and l always wondered what their output looked like. I should add that I had a terrible computer, a 14.4 modem and I was a broke grad student so I couldn't buy much at all online.
As for something I have seen, when I was a kid there was an ad campaign for a shaving cream product with some scenes in TV ads that stirred my young interest. There was one where a huge mound of shaving cream was laid across the tracks of a roller coaster and the car smashed through it. Another one (or maybe the same one) had a woman being lowered into a table full of shaving cream by a magician doing a stage levitation routine; she looked towards the camera helplessly just as she disappeared into the mound of cream. This must have been 1981 or 1982 or so, and I haven't seen it since.
And I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but I've visited the U.K. several times, but never got a chance to meet with Sploshagirl before they stopped doing in-person sessions. The last couple of times I traveled there, I seached endlessly for sessions where I was visiting, but nothing came together. I've still never sessioned (the Messygirl 25th anniversary thread mentioned their own sessions briefly, and it breaks my heart that I don't have an excuse to visit Texas any time soon, as as I could afford it now, I'd happily pay for one or two with that crew).

Regarding the shaving cream commercial, it's available on YouTube. Just search "Foamy shaving cream commercial". It's the one from 1980.

This COULD be the Richard Bey Show you're referencing? There was quite a lot of mess on there, and Twister was the base for a number of games. Not sure if many of these clips have surfaced online, but there are a lot of them on Hurley's Cliptapes and, i believe, on some WAMTEC tapes.
