There's a solution to that, you build a house where the ground floor (1st floor US) is just a car garage and storage for waterproof stuff, and the house itself starts one floor up (1st floor UK / 2nd floor US), and things like the power cable come all the way up to the house level for the meter and circuit boards. If you get a flood warning, you drive you car(s) to higher ground to park them, then come back, and even if the river rises you can just sit it out and it doesn't matter if the lower floor floods, because it's all concrete / tile and you just hose it down afterwards, and meanwhile you're all nice and secure up above the water.

I'd buy a couple acres of land in the countryside that I'd build a house on and main outbuilding/studio space with a large wetroom and couple smaller ones, space for furniture and props and all able to be used for WAM.
A few mini residences with wetrooms marketed on airbnb as accessible accommodation.
Each one would have its own driveway big enough for a couple cars and fenced off for privacy and the whole area would we secure and safe
Make a giant enclosed dog walking field aswell so XL Bully owners have somewhere they can let them run free.
There would be other outdoor areas for use and a cafe and car park.
I'd mainly just make an accessible dog friendly area with WAM benefits

Late response but crossing the streams with the "Cruises and WAM" thread in Non-WAM, but if we're talking a mega-jackpot win in the hundred million range - for about fifteen million pounds, you could buy a mid-size, for-scrap, cruise ship. Hire an open-minded crew, sell tickets (expensive ones), and take it to sea on one final very special voyage.

Everyone aboard consents to being gunged/messed/mudded. Multiple times.
Every passenger gets two cabins. One to use as normal, and a second one (one of the inside ones with no windows) as a costume store. They each must bring at least 30 full outfits for getting messy in, ideally more.
Split the dining / restaurant facilities into two separate functions, half of them provide food for eating as normal. And the other half provide only food for wearing.
There are three sittings a day of pure food mayhem.
- One is slow and gentle. The guests take their places, dressed in their finery. Smartly dressed staff emerge from the kitchens with various items, and gently, little by little, set about reducing the assembled diners to messy ruin. A lady in a smart pants suit is offered a cake. She stands, it's placed on her chair, and she politely sits down in it. Across the table a bottle of red wine is carefully poured into an elegant cleavage. Along the aisle, a woman in a smart black fashion jumpsuit is having a bowl of soup poured into the back of her collar to flow down her back. Next to her, a lady in a dark green satin evening gown is having custard poured into her lap. Every third of fourth time each staff member emerges with more mess, they carry two items, and once they've used the first one on a passenger, they hand over the second for that passenger to use back on them. A full bottle of ketchup squirted down inside the unifiorm blouse. A gooey pie applied to the back of their skirt.
- One is an all-out frenzy. The passengers enter, once again dressed in fresh finery, to find every table groaning with dozens of really sloppy cakes. For a while, nothing happens and people just chat and mingle. Then, with no forewarning, someone (pre-arranged) grabs a cake and hurls it full force at someone else. Which is the signal for everyone to start bombarding everyone else, without fear or favour.
- And one is somewhere between the two, starting slow and gentle but ending in a furious food fight.
And that's just day one.
Each day has a different theme. So on day two, instead of smart finery, everyone is in boilersuits, overalls, plain uniforms, utility clothing, and the staff dress in overalls and t-shirts too. Day three is "old-skool", everyone in adult versions of school uniforms. Day four looks like a medical convention. Day five is sports day. And so on.
And the mass splatterings in the first class dining room aren't all that's on the messy menu.
- There's a fully clothed messy stage show every evening in the theatre.
- There's an XXX full nude messy stage show later on in the same venue.
- In the casino, you can gamble messy forefits with each other.
- One of the swimming pools is full of liquid mud. Another contains fresh custard.
- There's a booth on one of the outside decks where people can just stand and get totally messed up by uniformed assistants.
- There's another where you simply get hosed down with seawater.
- In the swimming pools that still contain water, only fully clothed bathing is allowed.
- Victorian-style swimsuits are allowed, and are available to hire.
- Very messy masages are available, both nude and fully clothed.
If anyone tries to enter the water pools in just a modern swimsuit, they get (consensually) dragged aside and their swimsuit filled with custard, before being sent back to find some proper clothes to bathe in.
All the custard and creams used are specially formulated so they won't go off, so that the rooms used for the mass messings don't need to be full cleaned between sessions, and in fact half the main room (and furniture) is left messy, so that for subsequent events, people can choose between sitting on clean chairs, or settling their spotless fresh outfits into mess-drenched seating.
Between the messy areas and the accomodation, full showers and hosedown is available, with staff, and clean tracksuits for messy people to change into after wash-off. People can chose whether to have their messy outfits washed, or just thrown in the trash.
As an optional service, messy people can have their outfits cut off, by uniformed staff, who will make a point of slicing clothes off in a structured manner, starting with just removing parts and shortning things, then cutting down to indecenecy, before finally cutting them off completely.
At the end of the cruise, after the final night of mess to end all messes, everyone disembarks, and then the ship is fully hosed down internally and goes for scrap, at which point you get most of your £15m back, so all the cruise has actually taken is the staff costs and materials.

I would create a post here asking for everyone's messy item wish list and buy it, up to a limit.
I like a lot of the ideas here because I have similar ideas, but it would stress me out too much to execute. I would be happier knowing that I was responsible for getting hundreds or thousands of people here messy. I would guess there would be forum posts with pictures and some videos. It would be fun to see the outcome.

I also have had the chance to experience mud pits in the past that were run offs from the river. At a rock and dirt place. They would fill the area with clay (the big hole) and then fill it with any flood water and it made mud you could SWIM in and it coated so perfectly. So? I would probably do that as well.
I would also keep many, many deep freezers, fridges and cool areas stocked with supplies!

Jayce this sounds incredible, well thought out, and dare I say.... maybe realistic-ish for someone of means?? Dang, what an idea to consider!
Echoing a bunch of other users, I'd probably use it to travel, and pay for a bunch of private sessions with as much mess as I want, and they have the time and willingness to administer. I'd also probably get a house, with a dedicated Wam room, or at least pay to make a bathtub large enough for me to fully lay out in so I can get messy without feeling cramped.
For me if I won the lottery the first thing that I would buy wham-related would be a dunk tank that I would fill with slime the second thing I would do is hire a contractor to dig me a 5 ft deep by 12 ft Square mud pit so I could have mud pit parties thirdly I would travel throughout the country and meet up with a bunch of people to have Suited very messy High fights

You know, I was reading some of these comments and many of you don't need to win the lottery for that. If you work hard enough most of this stuff is completely obtainable for a reasonable amount of money.
I would rent a car and drive to every claypit I've ever met in the past that can be visited again, and maybe some that I've heard about but haven't visited yet.
If the claypit is owned or used by a producer, I'd settle money on them for future shoots as a reward.

So I've recently been opened to the fact that not all customs cost like at least a grand and am now brainstorming ideas with a producer for one and have sent a script to another. So here's my new thing;
Assuming my lottery winnings are like a life changing amount, after putting money away for all the important shit, I would put like a couple thousand towards the custom to end all customs.
Like, I'd spend at least a month imagining every single possible scene, scenario, clothing items, locations, how I want hair and makeup to be done, you guessed it.
Brainstorm scenes. Write a detailed script. Exactly how I want things done, to a T. We're talking like an hour worth of scenes here. No stone left unturned. Not an inch of clothing left messed up. I don't care if I have to go into the dark depths of Poshmark because the maxi dress I want messed up hasn't been in stores since Shailene Woodley was an A-lister. I'm going all out.

The only condition of entry will be that each of person in the club has to throw least one pie in my face. One after the other. I'd be unrecognisable after the first 10. But it'd go on and on. Each time being laughed at and derided after the first 100 I'd be completely dehumanised.
After an hour of just taking it I'd be freed from the stocks. But the worse is to come. A barrel of thick black molasses would be poured slowly over my head a the crowd jeer. I'd be made to spend the rest of the night in those stocks with the crowd getting ever more raucous...

Too many ideas in my head to name but I would probably rent out a space somewhere in-between DC and Baltimore and make it a space where producers from around the country can come and do their shoots with dedicated rooms for wardrobe from casual to formal attire and shower areas for cleanup. Also get the cakes and pies from the best bakeries in the greater DC and Baltimore areas as well as the most up to date cameras and technology
