What a great night! We had over 25 people there (I'm sure at least 2 didn't sign the card), we took over the whole back section of the pub (a couple of people came and sat near us, but left again quite quickly, haha) and there was lots of interesting chatter throughout the evening.
I had a couple of lovely emails afterwards and this is a quote from one of them: "It was nice that everything was relaxed and everyone was friendly... I wasn't sure if it was going to be cliquey, but thankfully it wasn't." I'm so happy everyone had a great time

Sorry to those who missed out, but thank you to everyone who made it. We're planning on having a Christmas splunch in December, so I'll post up the date once it's confirmed.

I would also like to thank everyone that came along, it's you lot that make it. It's much appreciated all the people who travelled a significant distance to attend and who squeezed the splunch in before or after other commitments.
I had a really good time and it was nice to be able to chat about a future splosh party event with people. It will very much be a selective invite event and everyone who attended this splunch (and previous) would be more than suitable to attend.
Sorry I didn't make it in the end - my bus was over an hour late, and a stinking hangover + nearly 5hrs of Megabus killed me off really so I went home to bed. Looks like it was a good one.
