Production wise it looks like it was made around 15-20 years ago on broadcast grade camera equipment.

I'm also amused by there being a bell boy in such a compact, downmarket hotel.

General consensus was this was late 90s video (maybe early 2000s), definitely put together well, but the fright masks and dingy lighting made it WAY more creepy than what the original intention probably was.

Excellent single pie hit in the first clip tho, clearly shot separate from everything else (with the plastic clearly visible!). I think the second girl shows up in a bunch of his things, it'd be curious to see if she ever got pied properly. (Sorry, butt pies don't count.)
