What I don't understand is that if it's consensual why is there a problem? Can they prove he filmed her without her consent if they both agreed to the activity? Rhetorical question, I know you can't answer that LOL.
:: best state trooper voice :: Now son, you smell like maple syrup, blueberry jelly and pornography. I'm afraid I'm hafta take you and that suspiciously sticky lady in for questioning.

Meh... she could turn up 20 years later claiming she was forced into it, then the guy would be on the hook for rape. I say he has a right to record for evidence in case he ever needs it!
The whole thing almost sounds like a set-up to me... I mean c'mon... she is OK with the guy 'taking a break'...AND watching porn ...AND masturbating...AND pouring syrup on his body ...AND she wants to join in ...AND they add jam to the mix, but she flips out over a video so bad she goes to the cops? I mean, THAT is where the trigger point was in that whole mess?
If someone doesn't want to be recorded then don't record them, if they do then maybe a notarized release form would be a safe bet. Especially if you are working with models.
